Seems like they finally have a good crew again, as the service was much better. The food came out hot and considering how busy they were, in a timely manner. Also noteworthy since Covid…. they are open 24hrs again!

On February 6 at 6:06 in the afternoon, I placed an online over from the mobile app and there was a miscommunication on the order. Went inside after receiving my meal and asked if it’s possible we could fix it. I was willing to pay again for a new one. The employees a manager were understandable and remade my meals. After waiting a little bit, the higher-ups management came. And asked me without introducing himself what’s going on with your meal? I informed him that there was a miscommunication and they are taking care of it. He then had a smart comment about it and proceeded to the back where he went to the employees in the back and started screaming, and the Degrading his employee employees. The employees were overwhelmed because the line was long and they were trying their best. He went to the manager that was on that Night and complained it to him about not having everything restocked at that moment, he was already helping the employees fix my order and also getting yelled at by his higher-ups. He yelled at the employees about a light, not being on and the bill that he will be receiving he then proceeded to inform his staff that he will terminate anybody who turned that light off and terminate them if they are not doing their job in front of all the customers not only that on the floor, my personal opinions, if you have a comment to say you pull them into the office And have a one-to-one conversation not on the floor there was a video that I took. He was speaking to another manager saying I’m gonna check the videos. Do you know who did it and if you do, I’m gonna Terminate them and you, if you lie in front of the staff and customers. At that moment I wanted to say something and leave my $100 food that I place because he made others and I feel uncomfortable at that moment. These kids go to school and then come out of school then go to work and have to put up with that environment then go home And repeat it the next day. It’s a minimum wage job just to pay a few bills and help family out. The higher-ups need to get Reevaluate on customer service and professionalism to customers and staff. Instead of yelling at everybody, why doesn’t he help everybody out to make the job go easy?

Really glad the old manager appears retired. He need to relax. Also seems better service then before. If limited time, and don’t like waiting – yeah, there’s a chance you may have to wait 10-30 minutes to hold you hostage of your money.

The drive-thru was quick on a Sunday afternoon but they didn’t had Fish sandwich. I got an impossible whopper for my wife and she also got the onion rings. The onion rings were really cold. I didn’t get anything for myself.

Staff is fantastic. Pleasant and helpful. The dining area is unkempt. Tables were not wiped down. The onion rings are different and a bit lacking. I got what looked like nugget but was just the coating for an onion ring. I will be avoiding the dining area.

I eat here once or twice a week if I don’t have time to cook. I usually use the drive through and they are pretty fast. In 5 years I haven’t had to return a wrong order which is unusual for fast food. I recommend eating here.

I hadn’t been to a Burger King in 40+ years. Went there specifically for the How to Train your Dragon meal for my granddaughter. I don’t eat fast food but I’ll eat whatever my grandchild can’t finish and I have to say the food was delicious! We’ve been back twice since. And props to the staff who were very accommodating and friendly. That’s a rare thing these days.

Worse Burger King I ever been to hands down, old and dusty inside, and you’ll spend 40 minutes in the drive through, so now I gotta eat while driving to get back to work on time, absolutely ridiculous. 40 minutes serving three cars how is that possibly “fast food”?

Don’t waste your time going here. Sat in their drive thru for 30 min waiting to just place my order then was told the computers were down and they were closed. This was after we watched them collect their food and eat.

I guess ppl should start eating their burgers upside down. Maybe then will they offer a full refund and not offer my wife under $3 for “based off what they see left over”. We live nearby and would come here to spend money often, NOT ANYMORE. Manager, shift manager, general manager whatever they think they are showed absolutely no concern. DISGUSTING, eat here at your own risk.
