put a mobile order in, waited about 20 minutes for our food. fries aren’t event fully cooked, drinks were warm and flat from the machine, burger barely had any sauce when i ordered extra. then on top of that, one worker wiped his nose with his hand and then handed me my bags of food, absolutely disgusting & DEFINITELY a food safety hazard.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Came here for breakfast and they not only got our order wrong but then ASKED for one of the sandwiches back and fries and THREW IT AWAY in front of us. The manager was completely unprofessional and clearly should not be working in an environment with customers. Had to reorder my daughters and boyfriends food, which they hadn’t even started making and we had to go up and ask if they were making it which they asked what they should be making and we had to reiterate our order, AGAIN. Been here for almost an hour and still don’t have our full order. Will never come back to this establishment again. Rude employees, terrible food, terrible management. DO NOT GO HERE.

It was very full and so I was able to order my meal right away. I got the Texas Double Whopper and it was hot and fresh when my meal arrived. Plenty of seating and was relatively clean.

This location has..a lot of room for growth. The last few times I’ve been here I’ve waited a very long time for my food. It takes a good 20-30 minutes to go through the drive thru. Going inside isn’t much better. The food is usually luke warm, sometimes not cooked all the way.
I recently tried to have my food delivered, and it took over an hour. My fries were not cooked all the way, and the food was cold.
Although I typically enjoy Burger King, I’ll be skipping this location from now on. I’ve tried to give this location a few chances and it just hasn’t worked out.

I really wish I could give this establishment negative stars. The pictures speak for themselves but I’ll elaborate anyway. Stopped here on the way back to our hotel around 11:30 pm. There was literally only one person actually working. The “manager” was just standing around waiting for the one individual that actually was working to make sandwiches and get everyone’s order together. The individual taking orders at the drive thru had no personality at all. Did not say one word as he took my money…gave me my change…or handed me my food. The only time he spoke was when I asked how many people they had working since we waited close to 15 minutes in the drive thru for our food. As you can see from the pictures the chicken sandwich I received was one of those international patties. Not the chicken breast that’s pictured. Now take a good look at those fries. Notice the black specs on them? That’s not pepper. When we got our food the first thing we noticed was the smell of burnt oil. Obviously these fries were cooked in very old oil. Those black specs are all the old food particles left behind from the previous DAYS of food. This is by far the worst Burger King that I’ve been to. I’m not sure if this is just the standard for Bethlehem PA or if this is just the laziest BK crew on the East Coast. Either way this meal was a disappointment. DO BETTER!

Stopped coming here over a year ago. This is after eating at this location for years. It was never perfect, but it was decent. When things changed, they changed overnight. The attitude of the staff was the first to go. Then the drive thru process itself fell apart. They had 2 lines open, but it would always be backed up. When it was finally your turn to order, you would sit for several minutes before being acknowledged, and then wait even longer for your order to be ready. Not trying to be overly critical of “fast food.” It is what it is, but the wait times and lack of service prevents me from coming back here. Recent reviews from other customers shows me that nothing has changed. Too bad, because when the food was good here, it was better than most others in the area.

let me begin by saying, this is not my first terrible, appalling, and disappointing experience with this specific Burger King location. for starters a regular occurrence is the wait time. never fails to disappoint me, be prepared to wait at LEAST 20 minutes at the window, not including the extra time you are doomed to wait if there is a line in front of you. the workers, are some of the most incompetent people I have ever encountered, I mean I begin to think that you have to be annoying in order to get hired here. now let me give you a little play by play. set the scene, after sitting in the car so long you begin to wonder how many state lines you could’ve crossed at this point, when finally the window flings open and bags are shoved in your face. you nicely ask the worker “could I have some zesty sauce please” and the worker snaps back “I put it in the bag” we look in the bag to find a mere 2 packets of zesty sauce, we had 3 orders of onion rings so I believe there should be a MINIMUM of 3 zesty sauces in the bag. politely we reiterate “okay can I have some extra please” the worker reluctantly smacks one more packet of zesty sauce in our hand. all that back and forth took longer than it would have to just put on a customer service smile and say “okay here you go!” like is that so hard?? you work at BURGER KING. get it together. the service, wait time, and accuracy of the orders are appalling. I don’t believe I have ever left this burger king satisfied. do better.
