It took them forever to wait on me because they only cared about drive through. I asked for my bacon a little crispier like I have a thousand times with no problem and they told me it’s already cooked so they couldn’t but when I got my sandwich the bacon was all but raw. It was supposed to be a biscuit but they gave me a croissant.My son got eggnormous burrito and asked for less sauce because he medically can’t do a lot of spice and they soaked it in the spicy sauce. Will not be returning,I’ll spend my money where I can get my food the way I ordered it. Burger King is no longer “your way” it’s you get what they feel like making.

Ordered the SpongeBob meal only to get a regular Whopper, and they didn’t bring the frozen float out with our order. He had to go in and get it.. The lettuce was old in my wrap and it was freezing cold with unmelted cheese by the time I got it. Not to mention we had to wait a good 10 minutes AFTER pulling through the drive thru.

Waited 25 minutes for our food. The sandwich was sloppy, had the wrong sauce, the fries were cold, half the sodas were out and the bathrooms were disgusting. The workers (five of them) were rude and slow. Tending to only drive through customers as their priority. Not to mention the sauce encrusted in the slats of wood on the walls. Hands down the WORST Burger King experience I ever had.

They consistently mess up my order when I door dash. There is always something missing from my order or the soda has no ice. Its always something. Also you never het napkins and they never give you the sauce you ask for. Its terrible service

Went in a couple weeks ago these two Spanish ladies were talking about tripping one of there employees because she keeps bumping into them this said employee obviously has some sort of disability and walks with a limp. Couldn’t imagine working in an environment where they treat there employees like this and the one Spanish lady WAS A MANAGER. Horrible team work couldn’t imagine doing this to one of my employees I will be looking into this place.

Food is usually good. Service is usually good. Workers are always nice. Until today. I always order the same thing on my way to work. They always forget my sauce. Yesterday I decided to call and mention it to them. Today my fries were half cooked, coated with salt. Mayo slopped all over my burger, bacon under cooked, & they didn’t give me an item. Guess it’s time for a new place.
