I was a little unsure what to expect but honestly it was great. I ordered ahead in the website because I wasn’t sure what to expect and I have some order customizations. The worker at the front was super sweet and looked in my bag and read my order off to me. She smiled when handing it to me. The soda station was clean as was the entire seating area. When I got back to my hotel, the order was hot and exactly as ordered. I was pleasantly surprised and I would definitely go back.

The service was a bit slow, and their diet/sugar free drink options were very limited. The fries were soggy and over-salted.

Lady at the counter was holding a almost hr conversation while people were waiting to order i understand she wasnt being rude but should have ended it or saved it for after work idk if the guy was bothering her or they were friends it shouldn’t take one person over a hr to order one chicken sandwich I would still be standing there if someone didnt say this gentleman is waiting to order even after that took another 12 15 minutes. Other than that fast friendly and good hot food.

Not sure what the purpose of ordering online if they don’t even start it until you get there. I ordered online to avoid waiting on my way to work. The lady with the blonde and purple hair seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. On top of that all three people working walked by multiple times chatting to each other while I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me standing there for over 5 minutes. Ordered my food at 930p arrived there 950 didn’t get my food until 1015. There were only 1 other order on the screen so it definitely wasn’t busy.

The kid that waited on me literally looked scared. I asked for the chicken fries extra crispy, the kid went and told the cook he came back looking like he was ready to cry. Then they weren’t even crispy! I had to re cook them when I got back to work! The girl that’s tan with dark hair obviously makes that place miserable to work at she was the one who put the chicken into the fryer and said 1 more minute for the chicken. They have a tough time keeping people this is why!
