The worker was rude over the phone when I tried to talk to her about my food. They completely messed up my entire order, added cheese to my whopper, no bacon on my bacon cheeseburger and gave me water instead of sprite. She was very rude and disrespectful towards me because I called about my food.

I gave this a 4 star as far as customer service but everyone check your nuggets. As a busy mom I stop here occasionally for nuggets for my 2 and 3 yo. My youngest ate them but the older guy didn’t. Unfortunately I didn’t check them I just gave them to them and they’re frozen. I hope my little guy doesn’t get sick.

Worst service ever! We ordered $40 of food. The entire order was wrong. My friend who suffers from a tomatoes allergy was given ketchup on the burger when asked plain. The cashier did not give a receipt so I was told there was nothing they could do about an exchange or refund! What a joke this place is.
