The service and the food here tonight was spectacular The gentleman doing the drive through at 11 o’clock at night was absolutely awesome in every way. He acted the way I wish every employee would act at every fast food chain. He was fun, friendly, and seemed to enjoy his job and wasn’t ashamed of what he was doing. It made me want to come back here.

So, I went to Burger King, ready to treat myself to a SpongeBob slushy, and they said the machine was down. But then I find out it wasn’t even broken?! What’s the deal, BK? Food was uncooked when I got home 20 minutes away, they told me I have to bring it all the way back just for me to get a refund. I had to go to work. I came after my shift. They asked where’s the food why would I keep the food? I will never come here again.

Ordered a steakhouse burger that I asked for no tomatoes or lettuce I received a steakhouse with BBQ bacon cheese and raw onions….. Last I checked the steakhouse doesn’t have that last ingredient it’s supposed to be onion straws part of the reason I enjoy the steakhouse

I gave this a 4 star as far as customer service but everyone check your nuggets. As a busy mom I stop here occasionally for nuggets for my 2 and 3 yo. My youngest ate them but the older guy didn’t. Unfortunately I didn’t check them I just gave them to them and they’re frozen. I hope my little guy doesn’t get sick.

Worst service ever! We ordered $40 of food. The entire order was wrong. My friend who suffers from a tomatoes allergy was given ketchup on the burger when asked plain. The cashier did not give a receipt so I was told there was nothing they could do about an exchange or refund! What a joke this place is.
