I go through the drive thru 99.9% of the time and nobody knows how to do the job. The last 3 times have been horrendous and the food was cold. I live not even 2 miles from this store and it infuriates me that the fries are cold. The people at the window can’t count change, and I make it easy by giving exact change to get full bills in return. Yet there is always an issue. Most can’t multitask when at the window either. WHY?? 3 people standing around in plain sight just talking. UGH!! You all need to do better! Learn your job.

I purchased 2 fiery royal crispy chicken sandwiches…are they really just basic chicken sandwiches literally cut in half? This is rediculous for 5.99 a piece! NVR AGAIN. Gave BK a chance again but ill stick with KFC or Taco Bell.

Joey and Tee were wonderful! What pleasant surprise on our trip! The restroom was sparkling clean! This Burger King Was very clean! Toney and Tee were so nice and helpful. Our daughter is wheelchair bound and they were just wonderful! Cleanest Burger King we have ever been to and the food was absolutely delicious! Thank you!

Still in the restraunt with my kids, we sat down after pasing wet floor signs, there was a worker vaping near the bathroom area when I first came in, we sat down and the older woman is already very loud with her employees and is just nagging in front of me and the kids and several other customers, halfway through our food we heard the older woman once again nagging the employees, and then apparently they were cleaning the area but unaware to us we hear the older lady say “we should just kick them out” retire lady no one should be that upset at employees who are trying their hardest. Its a fast food restraunt. We were asked to move, and we did but the older woman who i think is a gm needs to retire or fix her attitude, she is still yelling at her employees and just came back inside from outside after talking to the nice lady who gave us our food. I feel terrible for the workers she has on tonight. I worked in fast food, it is never that bad. I wish the 2 employees well, they deserve a better area to work in.

Impatient and disgusting attitudes, loud environment by employees only, not customers. Couldn’t enjoy anything. Plenty of parking cause no one wants to be there obviously. Food was made wrong but didn’t have the patience to get eye rolled so we left. Burger King has its ratings for a reason we guess.

Burger King is always good. Nothing to add. Their hamburgers are always good and they are a good low salt option if you get the whopper junior without pickles.

Ordered via the mobile app as I left work for drive thru pickup. Ended up slowed in traffic and was concerned my food would be made and waiting in the bag, getting cold, but was pleasantly surprised to receive FRESH fries and my sandwiches were hot and delicious. This shows the attentive nature of the staff and was much appreciated!

There were only two people working so the dining room while it should have been open was closed. I understand from a security reason however at least four or five cars stopped to get food and use the restrooms and they couldn’t. The food however was prepared quite well and the two women that were there were very friendly.
