Last time we went, lady working night shift had an entire attitude because we ordered an hour prior to closing. She told us the deal we get every other night (the 5$ duo) didnt include the literal order we place every other night with no issues. (Two chicken sandwhiches and a whopper jr and a medium fry) Somebody else came into the drive through behind us and she muted her mic and screamed “OHH MY GODDD.” We got home and our chicken sandwhiches we abhorrent. Dry, lettuce everywhere, smashed. No mayonnaise amd cold. Hardly edible. Tonight we showed up at 10:10ish, and the lobby was closed already. We called and asked when the lobby closes and they said 10:30. Store hours posted say 11pm. The person working was the same woman that pitched a fit about people coming through the drive through. We drove to Sunbury burgerking instead. Considering i live right up the road in Potts Grove, its a damn shame i have to drive all the way to sunbury for a damn chicken sandwhich.

Had placed a mobile order and arrived to pick up order. I had received my order from a lady who then slammed the window shut in my face. I had not received one of my drinks so I went to ask for my last drink and she stood at the window with a AirPod in her ear and started dancing. She had not noticed that we sat there waiting to get the last drink. After getting last drink, from another worker who had noticed we were still there, we went home to find that there was no sauces and are missing a mozzarella fries from one of our meals.

EVERY TIME I order at this location something is wrong with my order. I have reported them so many times thru their app because of incorrect items their customer service team thinks I’m spamming them. I keep giving them chances every few months and it never changes. If they wern’t so close to where I work I wouldn’t return.

by far the best burger king i have been to in my life! sandy was the register lady who took my order and i asked her her thoughts about the new swiss and cheese sandwich. the manager (ryan) came up and gave me a sample of the sauce for the swiss and the stacker sauce (that goes on the other LTO sandwich). typically fast food chains don’t do that, which showed me service here goes beyond that. everyone behind that counter was also very pleasant and nice! food came out hot and fresh and customer service was on point. fast food places need to hire more people like Sandy & Ryan and the rest of the kitchen workers today(i’m sorry i didn’t get everyone’s name)!

Best BK I’ve been to . Great service, great food, and great atmosphere. I got a royal crispy and onion rings and it tasted amazing. The atmosphere is nothing like an ordinary BK. Every staff member seemed nice.
