New employees must learn proper food rotation and the boss must ensure it’s followed.
The bun on my burger was well past it’s best by date. Did I see the package? No.
Due to past experiences with the Burger King chain and as a bun eater for many years I think I know old bread when it’s in my face.
It was not bun soft at all, it actually crumbled as I handled it for the first bite.
Just be careful, please. I no longer cook, ever, I expect it to be correct Everytime I pay someone else to do it.

Unaccountable. I live 25 minutes away from this Burger King. They missed two separate items in my small order. Didn’t notice it until I got home. Called the store just asking for a refund on the missing items because I used a credit card. They told me the next time I come back they will give me a free meal or I can come back to the restaurant and show the card to be refunded. I would need to make a 50 minute inconvenient round trip to be compensated for their error. I am in the food service industry and we have procedures to refund our customers without being present. Don’t take the risk of them not meeting expectation and then you having to go the extra mile just to get what you should have received in the original transaction.

I keep complaining about the onion rings. They are not cooked through, and this can make you sick. Cold food is served here, makes you wonder what else is undercooked.

Food: Quick to go food which tasted great. Wife and I ordered two sandwich meals. Chicken sandwich and burger were cooked perfectly and we had no complaints.
Service: Walked in a little before lunch time and the place was not that busy. Right to counter; ordered; and I would estimate we had our food in less than five minutes. It was very quick.
Staff: The gentlemen was polite and. Sry respectful. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Restaurant: Very clean, no complaints at all. Even the restrooms were clean with no issues. Hats off to the staff and management here.

Use the app, you’ll get great deals you can only get using the app. For extra savings use the app via the Walmart app. If you have Walmart plus you get an additional 25% off your entire order.
Please note however, you cannot use the BK app deals bundled with the Walmart plus offers, it’s either one or the other. Walmart plus also offers a free Whopper every 3 months (I believe that’s the time frame, it may be sooner) just for ordering through the Walmart app.
When I ordered here last week, my special order was perfect, everything was fast and the food was hot. The drive through ladies were awesome as well.
