We usually avoid this Burger King by the mall, due to the ineptitude of the employees at this location. It had been several months (almost a year) and we figured, “eh, why not? I’m in the mood for onion rings.” I mean, can they screw up onion rings and a double cheeseburger? Why, yes! Yes, they can! Typical of this location to leave off condiments on a burger and not supply the zesty sauce for the onion rings. Do yourself a favor and drive to the one in Williamsport.

Its burger king. Id recommend keeping your receipts to make sure you get your entire order. They may forget a burger or fry or how many nuggets you actually have asked for.

We had a screaming crying toddler with us, and the staff was super nice. They went out of their way to help and be welcoming, especially Tiffany! The place was clean & had crowns on the table for the kids too. Thank you.

I placed my order on the kiosk, and the payment option never showed up. So, I had to place my entire order again with Autumn at the register. I ordered a #7 (bacon swiss chicken sandwich meal) for my boyfriend, and instead he got a #6 (fiery chicken sandwich). I also ordered a whopper sandwich for my daughter with no onions, no tomatoes, and no pickles and there was onions on it. There was even a note hand written by Autumn attached to her sandwich that said no onions, no tomatoes, and no pickles and they still screwed it up. I went up and told Autumn that she typed in for a number 6 fiery instead of a number 7 and she said nothing. She basically acted like I didn’t even say anything and ignored me. No apology for messing up my order or anything. Talk about terrible service! They really need to talk to their employees about how to treat customers and how to do their jobs correctly!

I recently was at this restaurant and mistakenly ate something I was allergic to. The manager and Danielle were so extremely helpful to my fiancé to determine what was in the product. We were there 6/14 around 2:15-3:00, they made sure I was okay and then also checked again when we were headed out. They were very caring and I wanted to make sure they got recognized for their efforts. Thank you to all involved!

Sunday around 530 PM(June 1st) I went in to order for my family….either the crew chief or manager was at the cash….she saw me approach to order….and then continued to yell at the staff over something instead of taking my order. When she was done she stared at me as if it pissed her off I wanted to order food and said nothing to me and just stares at me blankly. I politely said “Hi how are you?” She seemed surprised I said that and then said “good” with a cold face and remained silent. After a brief pause i simply ordered my food for myself and my family.
The rest of the crew were fine and friendly with me.
Either that lady does not like her job or is flat our racist. EITHER WAY, she should not be a leader at this company and not work in the food industry if that’s how you treat both your employees and customers.
