Went to the dive through Wednesday evening around 8:00. There were only 3-4 workers. We went in to order. After waiting a longer period of time, they gave our order to someone else – okay, mistakes happen, I completely understand, I was very calm, they were apologetic. Meanwhile they remake our sandwiches (all 4 of them were special ordered), with fries sitting in the bag, not even under a warmer. I asked if they could remake the fries since they had been sitting there. The one guy was very nice and the supervisor stated, “Now your sandwiches will get cold waiting on fresh fries,” – the sandwiches weren’t even finished at that point. Finally got my food after 20+ minutes only to go home and find that one of the sandwiches was completely wrong, not even edible.

The lady in the counter not even making eye contact even I am standing there for 10 minutes . We were the only customer inside and they are busy with the drive through. That is completely fine , but my point is at least someone can tell us, i am busy , I will be there in a minute. I feel like I am unwelcome here. Worst experience ever.

Food is constantly cold despite several visits. Front window servers at night are pathetic with no customer service, no receipt when asked, no catsup when ordered, etc. Forget getting napkins. I drive back around to get my receipt for work needed after the man at the window said it was in the bag. He lied and said he told me to ‘hold on.’ He printed my receipt showing a female name so he lied again. Horrible food and disgusting cold food with old onions and bun. I’m done with BK at this location. Will tell all my friends too.

I was there at 11:30 am today. I just wanted a whopper which I’m lucky to eat once a year. I eat very healthy. I went to the drive thru. The place wasnt even busy. I asked for assistance and the lady said what a minute. I waited and waited. I ended up leaving.

Today, I ordered a rodeo burger, a chicken jr and onion rings with zesty sauce at the drive thru. I did not receive my onion rings or zesty sauce. I was really craving the onion rings, which was the main reason I went to Burger King. I should have checked the bag before I got home, but I didn’t. By the time I got home, I had to clock back into work almost immediately (I work from home) so I didn’t have time to drive back and request my onion rings that I paid for.

Worst experience I’ve had for fast food in a while, if not ever. While I was at the drive through window it took around 20 minutes for 4 meals to be ready. After the meals were delivered 2 out of the 4 meals were wrong. Instead of getting my order we got 3 Bacon Kings and 1 Kids Meal. Having only gotten a Bacon King and a Kids Meal correct I would say I’m highly displeased with this experience. I would not reccomend unless the experience changes drastically.

It was not late when my friend and I arrived to get dinner. Only the drive threw open. It took forever to get our food and when we got it the fries and onion rings were nasty. They were old and hard.
