People were nice. But the food was not good honestly. I’ll add pictures. Yesterday I got food and the burger was missing the bacon and it was just super sloppy to the point where the wrapper was ripped when I got to open it. Today I got some fries & a drink, the fries were just cold and not fresh they tasted gross and like they were from the day before, and the drink was disgusting like the machine needs changed or something.

My favorite place to stop on the way to Coudersport as it is the middle of my trip. The restaurant is usually clean and has easy off and easy on to the highway. The staff is friendly and wonderful! The food is fresh and hot! Will continue to return on my trips thru the area!

So went through drive through ordered a steakhouse burger, they give me a whiskey bourbon burger, no problem. I go in to tell them and when I go to tell the cashier while holding my burger and say excuse me, she tells me to wait rudely and then starts to begin a new order. As I am standing there the cook keeps touching his butt and hiking up his pants with his sanitary gloves on in between preparing more customer food. No glove change just more butt to customer food. Gross!

Not the best place to go in and sit. Employees can be loud and be kind of negative to listen to.
But drive through is convenient. And my son loved his French fries!
He likes them a little cooler temp wise. (Because he’s a toddler. and he doesn’t want to wait to eat!)
I prefer them hot and fresh.
For a fast food place. They aren’t terrible. I would said it’s 50/50 on if my son or I get to be happy about the amount of time it’s been since the fries were made! But the only issue I really have with the drive through. Is there are times when I have sat in line (reasonable amount of cars nothing crazy.) for up to 10-15mins. I think they need to learn to pull cars ahead. When their order isn’t ready yet. Or it’s a larger one. Might help things go a little smoother. I understand one busier days… (holidays town events etc.) it’s a little different. But other times, they could definitely cut the time back a little!

I drive a vehicle that cannot do drive through. Sign says dining room opens 6am. However doors are consistently locked well past the time displayed.

Service can be really slow depending on the time of day regardless of how busy it is. Sometimes it takes 30 minutes, sometimes it’s less than 5. But if you like BK it’s worth it, you know what you’re getting. Food is what you’d expect.

Everytime I go there I order a 1 or 2, I always ask for cheese, and if I don’t, they ask me. I tell them yes all the time. They continue to not put cheese on it, and it only happens during over night. I work in fast food so I get it, but it’s happening every single time I go there. If I’m paying for something then I feel I have the privilege to have it. I don’t care if it’s 60 cents, that’s 60 cents I could’ve kept. Then I try to call and it goes straight to voicemail, are they turning their phones off so nobody can get through to let them know they messed up? Very unsatisfied.

I went June 5th after my son’s graduation. The staff were incredibly sweet and congratulated him. The area was super clean. The prices are very reasonable and their food was great. Out of all fast food chains, these people were the most courteous that I have ever met. Keep up the good work.
