The establishment itself seems to have been updated in recent years. The staff doesn’t seem to want to interact with people unless it’s each other in the back of the dining area. I had to approach the counter on numerous occasions. One young lady had her back turned towards the counter as she leans on it. She kept a long face and never said a word to me. The gentleman who helped me kept his cellphone in his hand, operated the register, kept looking at his phone, grabbed my food and looked at his phone on the way to my food, then looked at his phone on the way back to me to hand me my food. Whopper and fries were hot and fresh. Cookies were cold and hard. Beverage area was dirty. First soda choice tasted like water. Dining area was full of individuals who appeared to have been hanging out for hours. It was difficult to find a clean table or booth. Seats are made of very hard plastic- gets uncomfortable very quickly. I had to go back to ask for a fork for my dessert pie. They didn’t say a word, looked up at me, back at phone, grabbed fork- handed it to me while looking at phone. The staff seemed to have all of the soft skills they appeared to lack when they were in the rear of the dining room loudly sharing stories and laughing with each other. What this experience does is leave you wondering how careless might they be with cleanliness and food safety handling in the kitchen where wandering eyes can’t see what they’re doing – seeing as how they are so careless of what they do let us observe.

This burger king was awful. Were just there and the on the headset was so rude. She also messed up our order on multiple fronts. Not usually a bad review leaver but she was so rude.

Not bad, but not great. Service was lightning fast, and I got my food before I even tried to fill my drink cup. I didn’t like how I could hear the employees arguing while I ate. The tables were not clean, and there were a few flies. Hard to fight flies in the summer. The food was good, hot, and tasty still. Filled me up for $4, so that made me happy. I will probably come back to this BK again.

EVERY time I go to this location, it is the same thing….cold and old burgers and cold fries. I wanted to try the new Ghost Pepper Whopper, and though presentation was good enough, the burger was cold…there was no warmth to either the burger or fries. And the really aggravating part was that I had to pull out front and wait for 5 to 10 minutes. There was no line at the drive through and the dining room was virtually empty. You would have thought the burger would have been fresh right?
After reading some other reviews, I feel like it is only a matter of time before someone gets really sick. Where is the board of health?
***UPDATE 3/21/23*** Stopped by because I was in a hurry and hoped it got better…it got WORSE!! fries were cold and soggy. My burger was cold, old & loaded with about 4 times the amount of condiments it should have. The vegetables were old and gross. Somebody PLEASE fix this location before someone gets very sick.
!!!!UPDATED!!!! Well it’s been a while, stopped by again. Does the owner of this location even care? Cold disgusting burgers AGAIN! Tossed my order in the trash. Amazing the Board of Health allows this place to stay open. AVOID!

Tried to order in store they ignored us to have a conversation (the workers)in drive thru and cashier so we go outside order on our phone and go drive thru. Food was good just pay attention to your customers.

Workers were extremely rude and were rushing everyone while trying to order. But somehow our food still took over half an hour to come out. Probably one of the worst experiences at the fast food chain I’ve ever had. You’ll have better luck anywhere else.
