Came in for breakfast. I had ro come in to order due to my vehicle height. Only 2 people working and it was busy in the drive-thru. Had to wait just for them to take my order. Was about to leave. Need to have more staff . Greedy company. Edit: Got home and found they gave me the wrong order. Order a crossing sandwich and they gave me breakfast burritos instead. Didn’t feel like going back. !!!

NEED A BETTER SYSTEM!!!!!

Waited for 15 minutes to pick up my online order. Turns out it had been sitting with the driver thru and in-store made orders the whole time. I usually order online even if dining in as i usually have a few modifications and don’t want that lost in the order when a cashier takes it.

This is the first time I’ve ordered online at this Burger King specifically. There is a rack that my drinks were on that says online and delivery order pick up. Why would someone not assume that when the order is ready it would be placed on the shelf, especially if there are drinks on the shelf. All the employees were running around, with one woman handing out the orders calling the numbers when they were ready. After standing for about 5 minutes the woman handing out orders yelled out that they’re waiting on fries. I assumed this was for my order so I waited; this was during lunch rush time, my order was placed at 1215, so I tried to have extra patience as I know how hectic things can get for service workers.

After another 10minutes of waiting I saw orders that were placed after mine being served. I then told a passing employee my name and that I was here for an online order. She told the above mentioned woman who then pulled out a bag that was rolled up and had been sitting behind all the other in progress bags. I started to explain my frustration but she turned around and began working on other orders.

I did not want to prolong other guest orders so I did not push the issue with her as she was the only one filling and handing out the orders.

My drinks were flat and the food was room temperature. Again I was going to let everything go, as I am aware this is a Burger King, not a Michelin Star restaurant.

It was not until another man approached the counter and stated he has been waiting since 1219 for his food. I looked at my watch and saw it was 1244. The same woman gave him his food then turned around and walked away as he was saying he had used up almost all his lunch break. The man then left as she walked away. The same woman then started a rant so loud the whole store heard it; I was seated in the far corner and I watched as customers looked at each other in disbelief of what she was saying. The woman was saying it was the guys fault for not “checking in” she asked multiple employees who he checked in with and all said he didn’t check with them. She then began loudly saying how it’s his fault his food is cold. She then continued to reiterate the same point of how it’s the customers fault and they need to check in.

I really hope this woman is not in a supervisor role as she has showed not only no empathy or concern for the customer but a severe lack of common sense. As stated above there is a rack that says delivery and online order pick up. There were drinks packaged to go on the rack. If she cannot see how someone would believe they would just wait for the order to be put on the shelf, then she needs to be pulled off the front of the store. At no point did she greet me or the other customers standing there. What if something was wrong with our order, if we needed something non order related? Instead she is yelling for the whole store to hear how customers need to greet her, even though I doubt this would be possible as she constantly has her back to the counter or is running to the back cooking line. Never even heard her say have a nice day or enjoy to customers she was handing orders to.

She needs some serious retrain and explained what it means to be in a service job. I did not get her name but she was the heavy set white woman handing out orders.

Got breakfast there around 10:30 people were nice but it took a little long. Food was delicious and a great environment. Will go here for breakfast again.

I came here to dine in and my order came out okay but it took a long time. My main complaint is that the workers were cursing each other out loudly and I had my kids with me and they didn’t have to hear such foul language being thrown around, that Is very unprofessional.

Fast service. Food made up fresh. Great tasting food. Comfortable temp in dining room. Music playing that we recognize. You can tell these employees take pride in their work. Employees are always busy even doing slow peak times. They are always cleaning something. I normally always use coupons. Helps me to stay in budget. Thank you for a fine visit.

Was slightly disappointed, asked If I wanted cheese said yes and found when got receipt that cheese was charged at 1.25 for a slice, should have been told it was an up charge.

I stopped here on my way home from the mall and was so so disappointed. I ordered chicken nuggets and the cheesy tots that have bacon and they were both cold! I hate cold food! If I wasn’t on my way somewhere else I would’ve drove back and got fresh ones. This is not acceptable stop giving customers old food that had been sitting on the counter!!!!
