I placed order thru app and was sitting in drive thru at least 10 mins before even getting to tell them I ordered thru the app.total of 25 mins to pick up an app order unacceptable!!!!!!!This is the third time I have waited this long. Very poorly ran location!!!!!!!!! Then food was cold!! Fries were only half full!! I never saw such a poorly ran burger king.

I was given an impossible whopper with plastic in it. I was not given a receipt at the drive thru, and the phone has been busy for the past hour. I can’t file a complaint with Burger King without a receipt and the franchise cannot be contacted by phone! This is not okay.

I love coming here almost weekly with my toddler, DJ has always went above and beyond for her! Even pulling specific toys once! Food is always good and exactly what we order. I can’t complain about prices either, definitely the cheapest of the ones right here (Wendy’s and McDonalds) definitely recommend coming in and eating!

2nd visit- I can honestly say the hospitality here goes above and beyond Kylie and the other front worker Dino were so extremely kind! Went above and beyond to find a way for me to purchase second kids toy. Then nozzle on coke was spraying syrup, Kylie came directly out to fix and clean everything. She was so friendly! Then Dino the front worker even just came to double check we got out second toy! Definitely recommend here for families!

Second time I’ve went and the soda tasted horrible. When I called and told them this they said “oh it’s probably because we’re out of syrup”. Why couldn’t you have told me this beforehand so I didn’t waste my money? Then I got a 12 piece motz stick and 10/12 had no cheese in them. The cheese was all fried outside the sticks and had all the sticks stuck together in the box. Will not be coming back for awhile.

Idk what they are doing at this location but they suck they forget so much food all the time it’s cold they closed their inside at 7 am because they couldn’t handle their dinner rush the drive through was bad so many people waiting. They need to hire all new employees and managers because they can’t get their shit together. Sad and bk won’t do anything to rectify this.

This place is hopping this evening. Drive thru was lined up. But the line kept moving I ate inside I was waited on fast and food was delivered really fast. My only complaint was the food was too hot to eat. Dining room was kinda on the chilly side. But I sat over by the window rt 24 side. Perfect temperature by the window. Chicken sandwich and fries were delicious.

The door to the lobby was locked at 5pm and I saw people eating inside. Went through the drive through and were told they didn’t haven’t fries? How could a fast food place like this not have fries?? I’ve come multiple times to this location and majority of the menu is out of stock. Whoever the general manager of this place needs to learn how to order their delivery correctly.

Well, 945 AM I’m in drive-thru line and waited almost 20 minutes before the car in front of me started giving them their order. I pulled to speaker and I saw the other car ordered Whoppers and fries ?? 945 AM ?? 8 car left including me. I did go inside, not a manger in sight. Workers were trying but didn’t have a good system together. Manager needs to be fired, anyone else would be better. Now on, York.
