This Burger King is horrible!!! Corporate needs to get involved i’ve heard nothing but bad things about this place and I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences. I got 3 chicken juniors paid extra to get cheese on them and also paid extra for extra lettuce and didn’t receive any of that. Not to mention I ordered online waited 10 minutes before I went over there and then waited another 10 to 15 minutes. It shouldn’t take that long to make that this place sucks. Everybody is standing around all their damn phone, not paying attention to anything that’s going on. I was also there waiting for about five minutes until somebody came up and asked if they could help me. Such a sorry place.

Placed order and took 14 minutes to get my burger and fries, asked 3 times to get my order. Burger sat in the window for ~10 minutes. All they had to do is scoop my med. fry, place both on a tray, and turn around to hand to me. Kept hammering out drive through orders but had 8 people waiting inside. Guy started on my order around 12min and trayed it but put it on warming tray next to the burgers to do another drive-through.

So what can you say about a hamburger joint that’s right off the highway that you can’t say about every other Burger King? Well this one has fast service, super friendly people and a clean parking lot. When you’re going through the drive-thru you don’t see the inside. Burger King has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants I just love the Whopper and this location always gets it right

Did a mobile order and went through the drive through. There were 3 cars in front of me but the wait was about 20 minutes. They were so slow. On the upside, the Bacon king is delicious!

If I could give them no stars, I would! Absolutely the worst service ever! Pulled up to the drive thru to order, was asked to please hold. Held for about 7 minutes, waiting. Then the young woman on the speaker says “go ahead”. So, I start ordering, tell her I want a number 1 with no, and she cuts me off, “is that everything” she asks. No, there’s more. Can I get that with no onion, no tomato, add cheese. Yeah, she says. Ok, I also need another #1, she cuts me off again, “is that the meal, or just the sandwich. So I say, well, I said a #1 so it’s the meal. She says, and I quote, “Ma’am, you don’t need to get an attitude with me!” I said, stop cutting me off and listen, she told me to pull out of her drive thru and she was not going to help me! I oulled out of the drive thru, drove up over the median, and gave her the finger! You get what you put out! There was no need for her attitude! Burger King, do better!

Absolutely worst Burger King ever. Floor is always sticky. Employees are pleasant but always yelling at each other. And to top it off, I wait 20 minutes for my food whether it’s dine in or drive thru. I HATE THIS LOCATION but it’s the only one around so we visit it a few times a year. Each visit I dread and think “maybe it will be better this year”. What a joke. I am currently sitting in the drive thru as I wrote this review. I paid for my food and now sit in limbo between windows 1 & 2. So I figured I would login in to Google and review away. Now I’m done, and there’s still a car in front of me that got their drinks 3 minutes ago and still waiting on food
