Pulled in to get some food for my kids after a long weekend of soccer. The guy taking my order was incredibly cordial and kind. He even quickly recognized I could change my order and get the same stuff cheaper. He clearly cared about doing his job well.

The Lemoyne BK has been **s l o w l y** improving over the past year. They still have a LOT to do to make their rating higher than 2 stars (up from 1 star a year ago!) Expect a VERY LONG drive thru wait time, along with missing ordered items, and overly salted fries… But still, it IS a very small improvement from last year.

This burger king had really nice employees. When I came up to the drive thru window to pay, I could see everyone working and doing something and not just standing around.

Are you guys really this slow because your employees are outside smoking while you have a line of cars in the drive thru? No wonder why the ONE employee that was inside was miserable. Soda and fried food taste like burnt plastic. If you guys are running your store like this you should close down. You’re giving the brand a bad name. I’d rather be hungry

Got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was absolutely raw in the center. Took 2 bites (thankfully the outer edge was cooked) and then saw the raw center and spit it out so hopefully I don’t get sick. This is 100% unacceptable.

This Burgerking has had nothing but issues. Poor or slow service is common due to under staffing. I have received cold food numerous times or staff all standing outside smoking. It performs best if the location has a manager on site but they are often not there. I would suggest avoiding this location.

The food was good, and hot. Place was clean and presentable. Bathroom was a bit dirty with what looked like feces on the wall. A reason I’m leaving a 2 star review is because while we were standing in line trying to decide what we wanted I heard the F word 3 times from the kitchen before even getting to the register. And the manger, at least I’m assuming was the manager, was laughing about it. The cashier was busy playing on her phone instead of bagging orders. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your children here since they seem to allow any kind of language from their staff, loud enough the whole restaurant can hear it.

They apparently don’t know what plain only ketchup means even tho it’s on the burger receipt and the receipt. Somehow their idea of a plain ketchup only burger was to have no ketchup and just cheese. I tried to call their number but it doesn’t work. Like usually I don’t mind if it’s like a accident like ketchup and cheese or ketchup and pickle but it was only cheese
