I am a local and we frequent this BK! I have never left a review but i just wanted to say I noticed these past two weeks, the service has been so great. There is a new, very cheerful woman at the speaker/window (maybe her name is Denise?) And today I heard the team inside telling each other good job, etc! We order on the app usually, and come on a weekly basis. It is very very rare that an order is incorrect or cold, etc.

Waited 20 mins for our order got home missing half the order. And of course and to drive all the way back there. I ordered a triple whopper. Told them at the counter you guys messed my order. Lady was nice and did say sorry a couple of times. Gave my food opened it up single whopper. Went back in for a 3rd time….. we are so sorry. Gave me anther bag of food. Looked in before I left. They gave me 3 separate whoppers…. granted it was a big order but still. I give up. I’ll make the drive to anther bk

Live and work nearby. Usually my last choice of fast food in the area. I’ll visit if the Wendy’s is too busy. Prices have gotten much more expensive. Quality is just ok. My chicken fries were cold.

I used the app for the first time. As a first time reward the app offered a whopper. I added it and proceeded to add an order of fries, onion rings, and another sandwich. I paid through the app. When I went to pick up the food they didnt give me the whopper. They said it didn’t come through. I was charged $16.39 for a sandwich, fry, and onion ring. The manager came and said there was nothing he could do about it. I won’t ever use the app or go to this BK again.
