Beautiful clean restaurant with friendly staff and great food. Great location off I-81 exit 61. They are hidden down a hill so you can easily miss them. My only complaint would be that they need to have signage to guide customers into this location. Oh and please bring back the garlic bacon king!

Went through the drive through placed. My order paid for my order. Then, was told to go and pull in front of the building to get our food. They would bring it out. There are 3 other cars sitting out here waiting for their food. Food was hot when we got it. I’m leaving my review. Where do you want to go? I don’t care. I’m just saying don’t park there because other people may have to park there.
And eat and watch traffic

This is an ongoing problem at this location.

I arrived at the restaurant around 12:35. After a few minutes minutes, the car ahead of me bailed. At 12:50 (noted as 12:42 on the paper receipt), I finally placed an order through the app while sitting at the speaker. After another five minutes, I called out to the speaker and they said they were shorthanded. It took another 20 minutes to get my food. I kept watching people drive off. I’m diabetic and decided to stick it out because I needed food. When I got to the window, I was told the location didn’t have what I ordered. I took a less expensive meal just so I could get my lunch and get back to work, so technically they owe me money.

I understand staffing is an issue, but a failure to acknowledge people at the speaker is not well done at all. This location services two hospitals, credit union, and a lot of other people. If they do not have the staff to keep this location running, they either need to make it drive-thru only or close the store entirely. This isn’t fair to all the people trying to get food in a limited amount of time. It’s also not fair to the employees. Burger King needs to fix this.

This used to be a decent fast food place. 2 weeks ago when I stopped to grab some fries for my toddlers and was told they were “all out of fries” should of been my warning to stay away. But my family tried again. We waited for 10 minutes just to tell them we had a mobile order. We received our drinks minus straws, and had to wait an extra 20 min for the food. My soda was flat and warm.

Once we received the food, the cinnamon buns were missing the icing and we were missing our mozzarella sticks. Went inside to find the missing food, was told there was no icing and no mozzarella sticks. So we settled for chicken fries, to be told there is no BBQ sauce available. Had to wait 10 more minutes for the chicken fries as there was none ready as well. This was just an insane experience here.

And I rarely eat BK even if the family orders, but I ordered a whopper for a change and spent the entire evening/middle of the night sick in the bathroom. No clue what is happening to this location, but stay away from it if you value your time and health.

Sometimes the BK experience is not the best, but it was a bridge too far tonight. My husband ordered in the app for pick up in Enola and at the counter they tell him they have no nuggets? Okay, we’ll have some onion rings. Don’t have them either. Nevermind then, just the whoppers and fries. They promised to comp some nuggets if we come back and gave us a dessert. Except he gets the bag home and it’s not even our order?? The other customer’s burgers we received were not whoppers and not edible for me because of all the junk that was on them. The fries were awful, they tasted old, stale, and not salty. So basically, I had a soda for dinner. At the end of the day we don’t need comped stuff, at the very least we just need what we actually ordered and for it to be good. Unsure if we’ll be back to that location.

Dropped in late night at 10pm for a coffee. Closing time was 12.
The person taking the order said they didn’t serve coffee at this hour, but the manager heard it and said there is no way somebody coming at her store won’t get a coffee. I was happy to hear that, but the coffee was really bad!! It was some leftover coffee which was not at all strong. I would have preferred honestly over poor service

Got some sad, soggy, floppy nuggets. I was disgusted at just the look of them and I didn’t want my money going to waste so I tried feeding them to my NOT PICKY 1 year old and she refused to take more than 1 bite.

My mother and I including our lovely small emotional support dog Oreo who was on her leash and carried in by my mother was approached by Scott the manager, Scott stated that burger king had a no animals allowed inside policy, a policy that was posted absolutely NOWHERE and from my knowledge Burger King is now a Pet Friendly location. Now we’re from out of town, we’re not from PA so yes we’re unfamiliar with the laws so I asked Mr.Scott to show us BK policy he said “it’s actually a PA state law” and that he Will call the cops if we didn’t leave. Not only was he rude he indeed called the cops. This had to have been the most embarrassing experience ever. We legit walked in all smiles needing to use the bathroom, wanting to order some food and leave but Scott made it his business to make it an unpleasant visit. He had this attitude that he needed to be correct while all the other employees just watched and shook their heads, he had no intentions on deescalating the situation nor gave us any other solution but to leave as if we were criminals. Moral of the story is the customer service here SUCKS !! definitely wouldn’t recommend this location if Mr.Scott is still there enforcing inaccurate information.

Employee smoking cigarettes at the only entrance door to the store makes it awful for customers who dont smoke and have kids under 3 years old that have to walk through it several times just to enter and exit. Service typically takes forever and always has you pull around to sit and wait sometimes 15 minutes or more. Poor quality

I legit hate this store!!! It’s always something! Like how are you guys even opened at this point. We must all come together in the community and contact the big dogs about this location. Nothing is ever right with anyone’s order. Nothing is right! How did yall not send our drinks?! Why do we even have to leave a 1 star? I want to leave no stars
