went and grabbed lunch today, received a coke and a dr. pepper – we nicely responded when the woman handed us said dr. pepper, that we got two cokes instead. she asked us, “can’t you just keep it?,” to which we kindly just asked for a coke instead – which is what we ordered. she proceeds to slam the sliding door in my husbands face, huffing and puffing to fill a drink. completely understand having a bad day, but no need to take it out on customers who literally give you nothing but respect. shame on her.

Come prepared to wait. This is fast food level food at wait longer than a regular restaurant price. 16 minutes for a single whopper and a frozen pie. 16 minutes. And that doesn’t include the 5 minutes I sat in the drive thru 9 cars back and didn’t move an inch so I decided to walk in. And this is three out of four visits to this location not a freak bad day. Plenty of help. Most young. Witnessed one young man wipe his runny nose three times while fiddling with placing a few items in a bag with most employees simply staring at screens and receipts. They are young and unmotivated to be sure. And as a business owner I feel the pain and sympathize. But this was a Sunday mid afternoon visit. Not rush hour. Never a manager to be seen. No one in charge or keeping things going. Just a bunch of staff punching a clock and taking 16 minutes for a three to four minute process. And of course. No napkins. No condiments. No supplements.

Now the facility is much cleaner than the dumpster fire ecoli factory it replaced. New and clean, nice appearing facility. But the owner clearly doesn’t care any more than the employees do and it shows. Judging from the myriad of complaints this is what to expect as your norm. There’s plenty of better food at places where someone cares in town.

I ordered a double cheeseburger french fry and drink and a milkshake at 10:30 p.m. when I got there at 10:43 p.m. they told me that they were closed didn’t have my double cheeseburger and they didn’t have my milkshake because they had already closed that down. How are you out of burgers and milkshakes how are you able to close 30 minutes before you actually close . Because when I pulled up to the window your first words to me were sorry we’re closed and that’s when I was like why I ordered online and you decided to tell me everything I ordered you didn’t have because you didn’t have it made because you stopped making food an hour before you were supposed to

Extremely dissatisfied with my order. I did not choose low carb. At first I clicked on it but when realizing my mistake I corrected it. $50 for 2 meals. The drinks were full of mostly ice. The burgers were liuke warm at best. The so called impossible burger was about the same as a regular whopper so the question is…how is that impossible?

Never ordering or going there again. Ordered an Impossible Whopper w/ no lettuce using THEIR WEBSITE. selected delivery with Uber eats. Only received a plain burger patty ! No bun, no fixings, no nothing except for a patty. Called the store and the girl stated any refund had to be taken up with Uber. The only thing impossible about this BK and Whopper is getting your money back.

As of late I don’t know how they can consider the drive thru a drive thru. They take the order and ask you to sit in the parking lot on the side for 10-15 minutes when you’re the only car in line. Currently sitting now for the 5th time this month waiting for two cheeseburgers, been 15 minutes and there are 5 workers inside on phones and talking. I understand if you’re busy, but this has been consistently how they’ve been doing things for the last month. Owner needs to look into this because it negates the point of having a drive thru if every single time you order and sit in the parking lot.

This Burger King needs a better system!! Waited about 35 minutes for a simple whopper and onion rings and others were waiting 20 minutes or so. One guy kept getting on his phone while the others were trying to work. Drive-thru was slammed so went inside and people waiting in there also. They were okay but they had NO system down. Don’t know what management was doing but maybe they need to put a better system in place so people aren’t waiting FOREVER for their food! The food isn’t as good as it used to be either. Needless to say will NEVER do Burger King again!!

Managers and crew very friendly and kind I was greeted in a friendly manner atleast 3 times upon entering. Food was fresh and non expensive. Filled my belly for 14 bucks will surely be back again

Earlier this week, my husband and i got breakfast from there, and one of the employees swore at us through the drive through when we ordered something they were out of. Then they kept forgetting parts of our order and the employee kept saying, “oh it’s just one of those mornings.” Excuse me? They were mostly standing around talking, it was not “just one of those mornings.” If you don’t wanna do your job then find somewhere else to work.

The manager Max was amazing we had issues with another Burger King in the area and Max answer the phone right away and said come on down and fix our food our food was amazing splendid and we had an amazing time would recommend this Burger King over any Burger King in the world as long as Max is working
