I stopped by for a quick bite on my way to Philadelphia. The whopper and whopper jr were as good as it can be, the fries were hot and crispy. However, every inch of the floor, including the restroom, was greasy so mind you steps.

It took 14 1/2 minutes to get my order of one whopper. There were at least 5 working in the back. They were fulfilling drive through orders but skipping over the orders made from the counter. The customer’s order before mine showed 15 minutes on the screen before they got their small order. They must have been waiting until each Burger was done to start the next order.

No salt on the fries, but they were fresh. Whopper was filled with ketchup and hand full of onions. Food is so bad here, the employees wont eat it and the manager has to get lil ceasers for everyones lunch. The bk standards are thrown out the window in this restaurant somehow they even over cooked the nuggets and fries, when theres A LITTERAL ALARM THAT TELLS YOU WHEN TO PULL IT!!!

Stood there for over 40 minutes waiting for 2 doordash orders. No worker came to talk to me and then I over heard all the employees assuming that I order the humongous order and never came to talk to me 1 time. The worst experience I have ever had. The employees then started talked bad about me for standing here and not talking to them first. They said the power had just went out but once again I was standing there for over 40 minutes and the power went out. They wanted to then talk rudely and badly about me and then proceeded to yell at me to leave for asking why they never asked me.

For the first time in a long time, I got great customer service everyone was really friendly the food was good and the place was spotless. The workers there showed respect and great manners to each other and the customers.

I am not impressed. They do not sell a grilled chicken sandwich anymore. This place is run down and does not appear to be thriving. Time to put a Chik Fila here, so we get good food, great customer service and a smile, and…a grilled chicken sandwich!
