Ordered 3 sausage biscuits, one with egg. They ran out of cooked biscuits before 9am. Had to wait quite a long time before they told me it would be 7 minutes more wait. Got home with 2 sausage biscuits (with egg!) and a croissant with egg.

Had a mistake on my receipt and paid more than I should have and when I nicely brought up this error to the manager/supervisor on duty she explained why it happened with a disgusted look and then just walked away???? Guess I just won’t get my money back LOL. I have never had that happen anywhere before. Actually insane. I love going to this BK because I can walk over from my apartment but I am never coming back after that

We went to the Burger King on Park Avenue in Meadville Pa tonight and ordered 3 Sourdough Swiss and Bacon Burgers. We took it home and they did not have Swiss cheese instead they had Cheddar cheese on them. The buns had one burnt side and the other side was not cooked at all. So I opened mine up and I find only one burger when there’s suppose to be two! The tomatoes were so small for a large sandwich and there was not tomato at all on one of them. This is the second time we have ordered from this Burger King in a week and the sandwiches were wrong!! We will never eat at another Burger King again!!

This location is ok. The burger king up the hill is horrible. The people are rude and it took 4 trips to get a burger right. The 3rd time it wasnt even cooked, which fyi is illegal in PA. (See pics)

The other night I came in for an iced coffee and left with my faith in Jesus Christ restored. See, as soon as I walked up the counter to order, this lovely employee named Audrey saw I was in distress and asked me if I was okay. I told her no and started crying and before I said anything else it was like the power of christ had channeled through her (i know this because she was shaking a bit at this point) She proceeded to say “miss, we close soon what would you like to order” and everything came full circle. What was I doing at a burger king at 11:30 at night ? Why was I trying to get iced coffee at this time?? And then, it all made sense. I was trying to avoid my issues just like I was trying to avoid the fact that they closed soon. I was trying to avoid the notion that my father would never truly be proud of me.
It took one conversation to change everything and although i only came in for an ice coffee, i left that restaurant a new woman . All thanks to Audrey

Every time I go to this Burger King they forget items I paid for. So I either have to go back around and ask for it or I get home and don’t have it. Annoying. Consistent problem here.

I know plenty of the people who work there and everyone is nice and always makes sure my food I right and always gives me all the sauces I need, they are very nice about everything, they make sure the food is warm and fresh whenever a order is made, they always do what is needed, I never saw a nicer burger King in my town ever, I like eating their with my family whenever I see them and always gives me good memories of the people I meet there.

Their staff were very rude. They refuse to serve once while we were waiting and when my son as a minor said to the cashier girl have a nice day when leaving, the girl did not respond but “stared at” (my son’s words) him. The managers should train the staff to be polite just like how a child is taught at home, and to show basic respect for customers regardless of age and color like very modern civilized service provider would do. Thanks a lot.

Update 5/1/24: The drive-thru line was VERY long and slow today, and my burger was incorrectly prepared (they added cheese so I couldn’t just pick it off). I went back later to have it remade and the assistant manager on duty was friendly and helpful. The rest of my food was correctly made and fresh. I don’t frequent this location as often as I used to but it’s still the main location I visit when I want BK.
Generally freshly made food and pleasant staff… we eat here often
