This is probably the best BK I have ever been to. It was very clean inside and the staff was friendly. I had my frozen Coke before we even left the counter, and our food was ready before we found a place to sit. I’ve never had a fast food restaurant actually deliver such fast food, and it was fresh! Even the bathrooms were pretty well maintained, so we honestly could not have had a better experience considering this was just a quick stop at fast food chain.

French toast was raw inside with half of outside toast almost burnt. No fast food joints are created equal. Breakfast sandwiches were cold and not made “My Way”. I’m traveling so I’m well down the road before I dig in. This type of experience is becoming common practice. Bad enough the meat is part plant based but food quality is tanking.. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the cold potato things were able to be digested.

Not a bad location as far as food and service go. It’s an easy location to get in and out of and there is plenty of parking. It’s right off the interstate and in the mall parking lot.
Staff has been friendly and more often than not my orders have been right. We do get bit fresh fries or chicken fries some times but that seems pretty typical of most fast food restaurants.
It’s a newer build so it’s pretty clean on the inside.

Seriously so annoyed! I go to get a Large iced mocha NO ICE almost everyday for 2 years now. I cant tell you the amount of times I still get ice! I know it seems petty. But as a single mom working full time and has teeth sensitivity. WHYYY is it so difficult?! Its literally almost every single time the ONLY thing I get! Only when the GM is there and a couple others. But 1 in particular is starting to seem intentional.

People taking the orders are uneducated and fail to get all details and ask what you want specifically then fail to tell you that you are getting half the order that you ordered and after going completely out of my way to try there new bundle and deal with all the crap from the entire thing being screwed up from the start they think a free cheesy tot on the next trip is a sufficient way to take care of everything clarion Burger King is no longer on my option of eating list

The soda and ice machine area was dirty, we asked for the manager to come and look at it. The food was already ordered when we noticed the dirt. We wiped the dirt off of the chutes of the ice after did wipe the tray. Here we took a picture of the napkin we used.
