Horrible experience. I ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers with onion. They forgot the onion. I politely drove back into the drive thru and waited about 15 minutes before someone would come to the window. Where they asked if I’d like onions on the side. I asked for the burgers to be remade where they again failed. I had to have the burgers remade 3 times where they reused the same meat from the past attempts. Not offered anything but attitude and resentment.

They never get our order right. They say it’s because of new people. This has been happening for years. Ordered 2 whoppers 1 was supposed to be only cheese and onion the other no onion. So they got half the order right.

Been going here 20+ years. Never actually had a bad experience, if I dine-in I’ll wait longer as drive-thru is always top priority. A few times order was wrong, they may have forgotten 1 item but my partner would call and speak to the manager who always replaced it. Food and environment, including the bathrooms have always been clean. I miss the way whoppers used to taste, you can tell corporate has downgraded the meat quality, isn’t the same so unfortunately I’ve stopped going to Burger King.

Very modern and very tasty can-make-you-drool foods! But one time when my mom ordered online for my food, I only got the burger but this time with the ketchup, I didn’t want it so I made my own burger with the hamburger from the Burger King and I put cheese on it, but I still enjoyed the food though.

I just had the best experience at the Burger King in New Castle, Pennsylvania! The food was incredibly fresh and hot, exactly what you hope for from a flame-grilled burger. My Whopper was perfectly made, and the fries were golden and crispy.
The service was speedy and friendly, which always makes a fast-food stop even better. It’s clear they take pride in what they do here. Definitely a top-notch Burger King location!

It’s worth coming just to get a Coke or Cherry Ice-e. And BK fries are my favorite of all fast food restaurants; they are just so tasty! Good value for the price. Service is lukewarm (I wasn’t greeted with a smile) it was polite, fast, and accurate.

I order here once a week. Countless times I’ve had to drive back and go into the lobby to get what I actually paid for. I also work in the food industry and it is beyond me how one person can receive so many incorrect orders. I can only imagine what’s happening to everyone else. I’ve tried going on different days, hoping a change of staff would improve my experience, but still receive incorrect orders regardless. I know not to leave the parking lot before I check my order. The singular reason I continue to spend money here is because it’s the only fast food place I can reach in my half hour break.
