Just spent 30 MINS waiting for a whopper jr meal…no one said anything to any of us customers waiting for their food….Patty Alexander should be fired! She didnt do a damn thing when i worked their 25 years ago and she obviously isn’t getting better with age she stood their with her back against the counter barking orders to employees to hurry up and make drive thru food which btw none of them wanted to hear cus i heard one say if you want it get back here and make it yourself!….AGAIN 30 MINS for a single whopper jr meal and not one word was said to any of us waiting… FAST FOOD MY ASS!

15 minute total wait in drive thru with only one car in front of us.
He was at the speaker over 5 minutes before the staff asked him to place an order.
We ordered and paid for two double cheese burgers with bacon.
We relieved two single cheese burgers with bacon that were sloppily put together.

Food was all cold nothing was fresh all of my fries burgers and even the cinna minis were ice cold. But some how took 10 minutes to get. The soda machine was empty and unstocked. No sprite dr pepper or fanta at all and coke was out of all favors than normal peach and lime. The straws lids and napkins were all near to empty and no tea was made. The tables were dirty and no one in the back was friendly. Someone was outside smoking and sweeping. This place used to be good. Now not so much

The food is great and the atmosphere is nice. Would recommend ordering inside however as the drive through wait could be horrendous. Haven’t had any issues with placing online orders yet either.

When we travel from central Pa. to Pittsburgh on the Northern route (the senic and free one), we usually stop here. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained as is the case with the entire facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food and service represent exactly what you dream of when you crave a Burger King meal and experience. Update: stopped again, on our return trip home from Pittsburgh to Central Pa. Same clean rest rooms and same well made food. Ebensburg is the last stop before a long stretch of no food places or bathrooms heading East. Well worth stopping here for both.

Avoid this Burger King the food here made me sick. I got a couple of the chicken wraps that I had to wait almost 10 minutes to be made and they barely had anything on them. A piece of chicken and what looked like old lettuce. Thinking at the time it was from the sauce they used we ate them and got sick from them. Never eating here again.

Update: I recently gave this Burger King another chance and ate here for lunch. The food was delicious and the service was great.

It was very busy when I got my lunch the other day. Of course as a grown adult I went in for the SpongeBob meal and well they only had some of it available. Not their fault I knowwwww. It was pretty loud in there which I guess is expected. The food was eeh okay, they did mess up the one sandwich so it was sent back and fixed. Otherwise not bad.

It doesn’t matter who is making sandwiches as 3 different people for 3 visits in a row interpret no lettuce no tomato no ketchup no mayo add mustard as no onions. First time they put ketchup in with the mustard, pickles and onions, I took a bite, noticed it, showed the manager and the kid argued with her, which is unprofessional. When he remade my sandwich he forgot the onions, and I let it go. The last two visits I had to go up and ask for onions to add myself because reading is hard….I used to work at one. High paced environment yet a very simple job. I had left a rating after the young boy argued with his superior when she saw the ketchup saying he didn’t add, and I removed my comment. Let it go after incident #2 yet it’s seemingly becoming a pattern of not knowing how to make a simple whopper when they’re all the same, unless you add/remove items.

Really hate to do this but this is just unacceptable and dangerous. I love this location and go there all the time but the chicken I was served today was extremely old and hard. Like sat out all night old. Clearly from the previous day and not stored/temp controlled properly. There is no way this was a mistake. It was two separate wraps. Clearly it is either laziness or a terrible idea for food cost control or both. Either way someone here is knowingly serving bad food that could get someone sick. I’ve worked in food most of my life and have seen my fair share of bad managers try to cut corners on cost. This is one of the worst I’ve seen. Makes you wonder how else they’re cutting costs. They didn’t seem too concerned when I brought it in. I would have fired whoever made it on the spot. Willingly poisoning customers is pretty bad. I’ve been going here for decades but I doubt I’ll be back.
