Always enjoy coming here and tonight particularly I was really impressed I always get my sandwich special ordered because of health reasons most places has it messed up this place had it exactly perfect it was so hot and fresh that I had to blow on it they had the Whopper wrapped in a half of paper and an inside a box which was perfect being I was on my way home from work and my hands may have been dirty I was able to hold on to the paper and not touch the sandwich everybody from the speaker to the window is very professional good group of people here this was around 6:00 p.m. on a Thursday thanks again keep up the great work

I ordered here this morning, Christopher was very patient and pleasant to order with. I haven’t eaten here ever, at burger king in a while and on my way to school wanted to grab something quickly, specifically came here for the hash browns and he made sure they were made fresh for me. I did not mind waiting for them at all. My food was fresh, my drink was fresh and I was absolutely satisfied.

It’s really hit or miss here. Sometimes you’ll get the ‘good shift’ and everything will be perfect and everyone’s friendly but more so lately it’s the opposite and they’re clearly miserable humans. I always try to order ahead so they have more time to do them. I work nearby so it’s really convenience that makes all of my coworkers order there plus my children REALLY wanted the fanny pack so I ordered way more than I ever would to get it just to get the email and the link not work. Tried the link for several days and today it finally worked but of course it’s sold out. ONLY reason I continued to get bad service, bad food and lost money for missing food! BK just needs to keep their Shopify open all the time!
Anyways I won’t be back anytime soon now since the shifts are mixed up and I never know who I’ll get, the miserable humans with bad attitudes that are bad at the job really do ruin it for everyone else because those FEW good workers are GREAT! Just hope those good workers with actual customer service skills get recognized and they weed out the growing number of unskilled workers or retrain.
I work customer service too so I understand the public isn’t always nice but I’m ALWAYS polite and I hate confrontation which is why I’ll just leave whenever my stuff is thrown at me and half of it’s missing

Burger King is iconic and a good place for a quick bite. I’ve had a few laughs at the drive thru and a few disrespectful encounters.
Just off 22 in Blairsville so its convenient but I’ve had to wait 6-10 times for a burger order. And getting your order correct is 50/50.

Got a burger thru drive thru it wasn’t even warm. Cheese wasn’t melted at all. Went back into return it.The guy grabbed it and said , fills warm to me. After waiting for my refund, I got it from the lady.She never apologized and was kind of rude

It’s really hard to rate a place well when their entire ad campaign is “Special orders don’t upset us…have it your way” and then I have to wait 20 minutes extra to get two whoppers without mayo. It defeats the whole purpose of Burger King. Everything tasted good, but it took a long time. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Usually for drive through. Haven’t had any issues inside.
