I don’t think this business will be around much longer. They appear to be planning to close. Consistently out of supply of many food and drink items, consistently appear understaffed, the employees they do have are very… rough… without even the most basic courtesy, sounding angry and annoyed that they have to take your order, angry that you’d try to order something that they are out of (as if you’re supposed to know that), and it’s always a different face, like maybe they don’t have any regular employees and are either borrowing from other locations or have a longevity rate of about 3 days when someone new hires on? In any case, there are long delays when ordering at the drive thru, frequently have to question whether they’re even open when you pull up… It’s just a rough, shady atmosphere. Like I said, seems very much like they’re on their *very* last legs and are about to close. I could go on… There’s the guy who seemed shocked when I tried to order a plain coffee at 8 am, declaring, “Well, I’d have to make it,” as if it’s astonishing that someone ordering breakfast might want coffee… I’ll stop with the examples, but you get the picture. Occasionally I have craving for BK and this is the only one around, but I think after repeated awkward/bad experiences, I’ll just have to get over those cravings and skip this place from now on.

Still caters to kids!

There are not many fast food restaurants nowadays, that still cater to kids, but this Burger King does. Along with the playground that is still able to be used, they have crowns for the kids to get that same childhood feeling that I got when I was younger. Our kids absolutely love this establishment and I hope it stays the way it is.

The food is great and they have a coca-Cola freestyle machine for choosing your own.

Establishment is very clean and the workers are constantly working. Coffee available and late night dining. Will return any day of the week just to let my kids have fun and grab a quick bite!

Delivery, drive-through, dine in and takeout available. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snacks. Credit and debit cards accepted.

Kid, friendly with high chairs, changing station in the restroom and kids meals.

* Wheelchair, accessible, seating, parking, restrooms, and entrance.

The absolute worst Burger King experience in my life. When I got there, there was a line of 5 vehicles in front of me in the line. I sat there and watched 3 vehicles leave because of the long wait. Then I saw at least 5 vehicles behind me leave as I waited. When I was second on line I waited about 20 minutes behind a car waiting to order…. they got frustrated then left. As I pulled up to the intercom a lady said that she should be right with me, I responded that I saw at least 10 people leave. After a brief 15 minute wait I was asked what I wanted to order…. I made it simple because I didn’t want to throw them any curves…..when I got my food the fries were cold and it looked like they threw my sandwich in the bag half wrapped.
MY QUESTION? At what point does management realize that cutting help to make a bigger profit destroys the business?
Don’t go there…..

They should be classified as a “slow food” restaurant, not a fast food restaurant. We spent over 20 minutes in their drive thru, ten of which we were just sitting at the speaker. The food is good! BK is my favorite fast food choice. But the service is absolutely ridiculous. I get being short staffed and all, and this isn’t a knock on the employees they have. I’m sure they’re decent people just trying to make a living. But something has to change.

EMPLOYEES EAT THE FOOD WITH BARE HANDS WHILE FILLING ORDERS. FRANCHISE OWNER ALLOWS THIS.

My sister and I brought our 5 kids to this store. She got there at 12:50 pm and got in line to order. I arrived at 1 pm, and took over waiting. My receipt proves we ordered at 1:25. It was 35 minutes before we were able to order. We would have went somewhere else if the kids weren’t playing in the play area. But that’s not even what upset me.

The employee who took my order was very rude and didn’t know how to do any function of their job. The employee asked me where menu items were located in the computer system! I spoke very slowly and clearly because I could tell she was struggling. I said “can I please have 2 four piece kids club meals, with fries and apple juice.” This is pretty standard! She asked “where is that?” I said what? I didn’t understand. She replied in a very abrupt, condescending tone, “Where is that, is that under value meals?” I said I don’t know? I think it’s just a kids meal?? This continued for the whole order.

This Gary Busey doppelganger told me she didn’t know how to ring up sandwich only. She asked 4 piece WHAT when I said a 4 piece kids club meal (again, pretty sure that’s standard) she asked me where on the computer the iced coffee was located. I also asked to use a gift card for my order and the cashier took a step back and said ohhh boy, I don’t know how to do that. So I paid with my card.

While they were filling my order, the cashier who took my order was filling the 5 kids fries we were given… neither her or the manager had gloves on. So she touched the touch screen computer and then filled my kids fries with her bare hands. She used the scoop and then PICKED UP the fries with her fingers and stuffed them in the pouches. Then she picked up more fries with her fingers and POPPED THEM IN HER MOUTH AND ATE THEM in front of a lobby full of customers.

I was served the totally WRONG order at 1:40. I asked I believe the manager what was in the 3 kids club boxes, since I ordered FIVE kids club meals… she said I don’t know this is how it came up, I didn’t question it. Like now it’s my problem. So I said look, you guys aren’t even trying, this isn’t even close to what I ordered, but the worst part is she’s standing there eating while filling my order, not wearing gloves. The cashier said to me VERY confrontationally, as if to intimidate me “WHO is eating?” And I looked her in the eyes and said YOU IS EATING!! She said “it’s just a few fries!!” The manager said to her, yeah you can’t do that, but she said no urgency or seriousness. I said, you guys need to do better, I’ll deal with what we were served because my kids are hungry, but this whole experience was disgusting.

The manager didn’t even apologize once for anything! The wait, the inaccuracy, the attitude, the EATING in front of me, the no gloves, not being able to use my gift card.

I spent nearly $43 on this and I didn’t even let my kids eat the fries because of how they were handled. I contacted BK corporate who said they’d be in contract with the franchise owner, but it was the owner’s discretion if they want to reach out to me. They didn’t. Absolutely the worst service.

I can’t speak on the atmosphere because I doordashed from this location, but the food was amazing and they put condiments and salt and pepper in the bag with my order. I didn’t prompt this, and was surprisingly shocked to see it in there. Just shows me they are willing to do extra, in just hopes it helps the customer.

Waited in the drive thru for a good 20 minutes before finally getting to the speaker. Waited another 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Pull to the second window and see a fully staffed crew. So why the wait? This isn’t the first time, this is a pretty normal occurrence. Pull up and the employee is constantly adjusting her pants without even so much as a glove while touching our food bags and drinks. The food was cold and the fries and onion rings were stale. I am gonna have to find a new bk to go to. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt most other times because of the workforce shortage but now I can’t justify the reasons except for poor management

I’ve never once gotten my order correct here, and it’s not uncommon for them to just forget most of the food. It’s kind of impressive how little they care

We were in for lunch today. Took a good long time. We had 2 orders of mozarella fries. One was fresh, the other were so old and crusty that the cheese was no longer white inside.
