There are not many fast food restaurants nowadays, that still cater to kids, but this Burger King does. Along with the playground that is still able to be used, they have crowns for the kids to get that same childhood feeling that I got when I was younger. Our kids absolutely love this establishment and I hope it stays the way it is.
The food is great and they have a coca-Cola freestyle machine for choosing your own.
Establishment is very clean and the workers are constantly working. Coffee available and late night dining. Will return any day of the week just to let my kids have fun and grab a quick bite!
Delivery, drive-through, dine in and takeout available. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snacks. Credit and debit cards accepted.
Kid, friendly with high chairs, changing station in the restroom and kids meals.
* Wheelchair, accessible, seating, parking, restrooms, and entrance.
MY QUESTION? At what point does management realize that cutting help to make a bigger profit destroys the business?
Don’t go there…..
My sister and I brought our 5 kids to this store. She got there at 12:50 pm and got in line to order. I arrived at 1 pm, and took over waiting. My receipt proves we ordered at 1:25. It was 35 minutes before we were able to order. We would have went somewhere else if the kids weren’t playing in the play area. But that’s not even what upset me.
The employee who took my order was very rude and didn’t know how to do any function of their job. The employee asked me where menu items were located in the computer system! I spoke very slowly and clearly because I could tell she was struggling. I said “can I please have 2 four piece kids club meals, with fries and apple juice.” This is pretty standard! She asked “where is that?” I said what? I didn’t understand. She replied in a very abrupt, condescending tone, “Where is that, is that under value meals?” I said I don’t know? I think it’s just a kids meal?? This continued for the whole order.
This Gary Busey doppelganger told me she didn’t know how to ring up sandwich only. She asked 4 piece WHAT when I said a 4 piece kids club meal (again, pretty sure that’s standard) she asked me where on the computer the iced coffee was located. I also asked to use a gift card for my order and the cashier took a step back and said ohhh boy, I don’t know how to do that. So I paid with my card.
While they were filling my order, the cashier who took my order was filling the 5 kids fries we were given… neither her or the manager had gloves on. So she touched the touch screen computer and then filled my kids fries with her bare hands. She used the scoop and then PICKED UP the fries with her fingers and stuffed them in the pouches. Then she picked up more fries with her fingers and POPPED THEM IN HER MOUTH AND ATE THEM in front of a lobby full of customers.
I was served the totally WRONG order at 1:40. I asked I believe the manager what was in the 3 kids club boxes, since I ordered FIVE kids club meals… she said I don’t know this is how it came up, I didn’t question it. Like now it’s my problem. So I said look, you guys aren’t even trying, this isn’t even close to what I ordered, but the worst part is she’s standing there eating while filling my order, not wearing gloves. The cashier said to me VERY confrontationally, as if to intimidate me “WHO is eating?” And I looked her in the eyes and said YOU IS EATING!! She said “it’s just a few fries!!” The manager said to her, yeah you can’t do that, but she said no urgency or seriousness. I said, you guys need to do better, I’ll deal with what we were served because my kids are hungry, but this whole experience was disgusting.
The manager didn’t even apologize once for anything! The wait, the inaccuracy, the attitude, the EATING in front of me, the no gloves, not being able to use my gift card.
I spent nearly $43 on this and I didn’t even let my kids eat the fries because of how they were handled. I contacted BK corporate who said they’d be in contract with the franchise owner, but it was the owner’s discretion if they want to reach out to me. They didn’t. Absolutely the worst service.
