Sucks to say this is the worst BK I’ve been too and I’ve traveled over 400,000 miles the last two years. I’m disappointed with the breakfast. It’s got to the point that the lady that looks like she’s in charge says there’s nothing she can do about the biscuits. She says someone else is responsible for the quality. Is there really no one else complaining? The biscuit are solid hard I’ve wasted ten trips… either they tell me there soft or come earlier. Dinner time isn’t much better it’s always either an extra fry… no cheese added or cold food. I know this location isn’t busy at all but the food shouldn’t be burnt and should be on point every time. Also I’ve never got a full folded egg. Is someone eating eggs in the back? For now I’ll travel across town to the other BK. I understand it’s hard to get good employees

Its a standard outlet of this chain. The staff was friendly enough and smart enough to get help when i asked for some substitutions. I was surprised to note that their spicy chicken actually had some spice to it!! This was a pleasant surprise!

Literally the most careless place I have ever gotten food. The sandwhiches are always so sloppy you can barely eat them covered and dripping in mayo like ewe!!. Bags packed like you only paid for one carry on and thru everything in that 1 bag (literally for 3 combos and all smashed in one bag! Just sick and tired of spending money at these places and getting terrible food.

Bought 3 cheese burgers and small root beer cost 9.07 they filled cup full of ice and I got 2 sips of root beer and it’s empty small drink is 1.99 so I got 10 cents of root beer and 1.89 of ice u all need to put less ice in cups this is a rip off

I initially avoided going to this particular Burger King for fear that the same lack of attention to greasey hoods that lead to a fire over a year ago would translate into a lack of attention to quality in food. I WAS RIGHT!
The BBQ Brisket Whopper, featuring a quarter-pound flame-grilled beef patty, slow-cooked BBQ brisket, American cheese, crispy onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and a sweet & golden BBQ sauce, all on a sesame seed bun sounds great. However, what I got was something not even remotely close. Bun, single beef patty, a slice of tomato, a few shreds of lettuce and gobs, and gobs of some sort of mayo based white sauce that made it inedible. If there was brisket and onions, I never saw it.

2nd chance for this location. Waited 25 minutes for food with 1 person ahead of me last week. Food was correct and good. Then went again today and they always have you pull up and wait so it doesn’t mess up their time. I pull up like I did the other day and they bring the food out. I check it and they gave a regular cheeseburger instead of the double cheeseburger that was ordered. The double cheeseburger was ordered with light mustard yet the single cheeseburger had mustard coming out of all sides of the burger. There was more mustard than burger! Now I have to go back around to get it corrected while everyone else’s food is getting cold. They again want me to pull up. I said no I’ll wait which they were upset about and made it known. If you could get a simple order correct you wouldn’t need me to pull up. There wasn’t anyone in line behind me either time. Customer service and food are lacking. I will go to the Chestnut Street location only from now on. I have been there with 2 people running the place and been given hot food and excellent service.
