After the remodeling, it doesn’t look out dated anymore. The place is cleaner. They have self ordering kiosk. No more language barriers or hard hearing employees. No more attitudes either. It’s quick. It’s easy, it’s less anxiety for those who don’t like talking.
I ordered a dozen items on the menu using my phone. Went inside with my son, food was ready in 10 mins. Quick and easy.
There is nothing wrong with the kiosk touch screens. If you can’t understand how to use it ask an employee for help. It isn’t hard to use.

The service at Burger King is very bad. The employees are not working properly. Why does it take so long to make a burger? Why do we have to wait two hours? Are you cooking a steak or something? What are you making there? I worked in a burger place myself. A burger takes five minutes to make.

I’ve had the best Whoppers at this location. On May 29 the whopper tasted the way it used to when it was always good in the 80s. The staff are also very nice and friendly. Keep up the great work!
Update:
June 11 @ 9PM and the Whopper was still one of the best I’ve had in years. I wasn’t sure if the night crew would result a drop in standards and quality but they delivered an amazing meal again! The manager Luis and his crew continue to do an amazing job! 5 stars!

Went to Burger King for the SpongeBob “bundle” this evening. Expected good service and good food but was met with dishonesty and unnecessary explanations. I went through the drive through and noticed the sign that said they were out of the pineapple float drink so I asked for substitutions but was told that was not possible. Said that was fine and pulled to the window to pay. After payment I looked in the bag and only was two whoppers and fries. This was not the entire “bundle” advertised. The ski masked window worker said they didn’t have everything else in the bundle so he charged me for just a whopper meal. The issue was he did this without saying anything until I noticed this. This is bad service. What the guy should’ve done was tell me information prior to placing my order. Instead of just changing it himself. When we chose to go inside for a refund we were met with an older blonde woman who tried to interfere with the refund for no reason at all. She wasn’t apart of this nor was she a manager but the attitude she had was immediately off putting and not needed. She attempted to incorrectly explain this interaction almost implying a partial refund by saying it was our fault for purchasing this without knowing he changed the order. She also complained about the food getting thrown away because of the refund. Almost trying to guilt trip us into keeping the food. This would’ve never occurred if the order was done correctly or if they told us what they actually had the ability to sell instead of changing the order. The only saving good this about this was the manager she understood what was occurring gave us the refund and apologized for the misunderstanding. The curly haired manager at the till was the only good thing about that “restaurant”.

In all fairness I went here a little after midnight and have no clue how the day shift runs. The overnight shift was painfully slow. There were 3 customers including myself and from ordering to driving away took around 30 minutes. I don’t know for sure how many employees were there, but I know it was a minimum of 3. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and after I paid, I waited at least 10 minutes. I have no issues with the food. I rather enjoy Burger King.

I went there for lunch at 10:35 AM and it was a good experience. You have to order off the Kiosk which was not too bad. The food came out quickly and the food was hot and fresh. No complaints from me on this visit to the newly remodeled Burger King in Shaler.

Absolutely rude service. It’s 2:30 in the am and I just called to see if they were open. The phone rang about 8 times and someone answered “hello Brittany “last name” how can I help you?” That’s my name. In the rudest tone. I was so confused I said huh? How do you know my name? And the man said to stop playing on “his phone” and hung up on me. I was so annoyed so I called back and they answered again. I asked if they were open and the worker replied “would I answer if we wasnt” and hung up on me again. As a customer just calling to confirm a place that was recently closed for remodeling I find this type of treatment to be absolutely ridiculous. And yall need to know how your employees treat customers. I’m not going there now he’s obviously going to be rude or do something rude. This is a time that we need to all be nicer to each other and something as simple as answering a phone while your on the clock should not be so combative. Do better Burger King.

this was a good, efficiently run bk, before they closed to remodel.
now they want you to order using kiosks, and they removed many of the booths, for small, 2 seat tables.
took forever for my order, with much confusion, and 15 – 20 people were waiting for their orders in the lobby area. not worth the aggravation to go back

Replacing cashiers with touchscreens will never be a good move. Hire faster cashiers if thats a problem. I dont want to have to navigate your poorly constructed menu just to find what I want and use my rewards.
Your store now looks like off brand Disney. Weird patterns and colors mixed in with very bland modern architecture. Couldn’t find the tray return because it was hidden in the wall near the door. Genius placement. Definitely dont make it visible from the dining area. Did you guys get the same designer as cracker barrel?

Very busy so there was a wait. Unfortunately, the food arrived lukewarm. Burgers were okay but room temperature onion rings were not good at all. Whopper had a LOT of onions and they were falling off. Overall, not horrible but not great.
