Don’t waste your time buying food here — the staff is extremely rude and you’ll wait 30 minutes just for a basic hamburger. They have no will to live, let alone to do any kind of work, especially this guy you see here!

Was told use the kiosk or don’t order nothing. I think with people like this working here and a company culture I think it ought to go bankrupt. You need to close your damn doors if you can’t use personal touch. Not everybody like the kiosk

Was making a seven hour journey from Kelley’s Island, OH to Northern Virginia. Decided to stop at this rest stop for some lunch. BIG MISTAKE!! I ordered my food on the kiosks, paid via credit card and waited. I along with at least 20-25 other customers waited 29 minutes for our food. At this one point, the manager had signs placed over the kiosk menu reader to stop taking orders. This was a failure on SO many levels. Seriously, if you stop here for food, bring a good book and a chair. You’ve been warned!

Stood at the register for 5 minutes just to get told with an attitude that I can’t order food there. Which I had no problem with. Then the women began to stare me down. I asked her why is she staring. She told me to order with a card. I then told her why don’t you put up a sign I’m not a mind reader. How am I supposed to know. She then tells me I can’t eat there. Horrible customer service, the people waiting looked pissed, and there were flies everywhere.

Slow service, didn’t get what we asked for (no mayo=extra mayo apparently) and were kept waiting with no ETA for food reprep. Honestly I get the service industry sucks but c’mon make an effort.
