And then started handing me things with an attitude because she can’t get one thing right and that’s somehow my fault. Drug test your employees. Because anyone with eyes can see that woman should not be talking or dealing with customers

Avery is such a breath of fresh air. I’ve been to this location a few times. Sometimes the new trainees are a bit slow but she handles the pressure extremely well! I am very impressed and will continue to visit if it means I get the customer service that she gives. Always a smile and a friendly greeting! Keep up the great work!

This location was five stars before the remodel! I would travel to it since the NV location wasn’t good. Now that they remodeled, I think NV is better if you don’t use the drive thru. Two drive thru order stations going into one very slow line. No wonder people are going inside. Need to get better or not going any more.

Anyone else think the renovation would lead to better customer service? I sat in the drive-thru for a mobile order for about 20 minutes. Already that’s insulting. What’s worse is that they DIDN’T EVEN GIVE ME THE RIGHT SIZE FRIES OR SANDWICH IN MY ORDER. So not only was my food lukewarm at best, but it wasn’t even the right food, despite the slip on the burger wrapper being correct.
Why dump all that money into renovations when you still can’t make a simple hamburger?

Waited for almost 2 minutes before anyone said anything. Then we order our food & it was gross & wrong. We ordered a whopper jr without onions and this is what we got. Then the chicken nuggets and chicken fries were like they were sitting out past time & then just thrown back into the oil to heat it up. Fries were like cardboard. Absolutely horrible… Get it together management.

Last night around 8pm I took my kids o the BK location on Haymaker as we do a few nights a week. We order $35/$40 from the driver thru, pull up to 2nd window to pay, hand the lady $100 bill and get denied service because she claimed she couldn’t break it. With much attitude she insisted i go somewhere, break the bill and come back to get my cold food. I put my vehicle in D and just drove off. I then drive 20 min out of my way to the BK location on rt 30 in Irwin, drive past it by and turn left into the McDonald’s parking lot. I order $37 worth of food, pull up to the 2nd window, pay with my $100 bill, get my change and my food. Because of 1 nightshift manager in the lovely town of Trafford on a power trip who didnt feel like doing her job just lost a customer who spent $100 to $200 per week at BK. Not only will i never visit the trafford location, I will not ever vist BK again. McDonald’s were more than happy to take my money and will be our new goto fastfood restaurant.

They need to clean house and terminate every employee for the lack of efficiency. You’ll get served food at sit down restaurant faster than this location. 30 minutes minimum to receive food from here.

spent 9 minutes in the drive through before order was taken and then spent another 15 minutes waiting to get to the window before I left the line. went inside but no one was taking orders or acknowledged me. one guy was dancing, another was standing still day dreaming and the girl was disrespecting a customer in the drive through. New look and even worse service. DEI at its best. Sheetz was with in walking distance.
