Placed mobile order for dine in. Not a long wait. Big menu board with great lighting. Temperature here can sometimes be really cold or warm. Food was hot and fresh. Some tables were not clean though

On 9-20-2025, 1737 Golden Mile Hwy., Monroeville PA, I walked into Burger King expecting a quick bite, not a lecture on body language. The cashier, Criminal Minds (Steven) — while Steven was taking my order, Steven got weird and creepy, he told me that I made him uncomfortable. Steven told me that I was “animated” and “pointing,” and it made him uncomfortable. Well, guess what? Being accused of something I didn’t do made me uncomfortable.
Since when is pointing or expressing yourself against the law? I wasn’t yelling, I wasn’t being rude—I was trying to communicate. If that’s a problem, perhaps Burger King needs to train its staff on how to provide real customer service, rather than responding to imaginary threats.
“You Rule”? Not today, Burger King. You ruled me out the moment you decided to judge instead of serve. Suddenly, Steven gave me the fighter’s stare and froze his eyes on me; he stopped taking my order. I immediately became fearful for my life. I ran out of BK without buying anything from their menu. Did I walk into a hostile, racist environment? Is the BK at 1737 Golden Mile Hwy a hostile environment for people of color? Can Sensitivity Training fix the problem? Only time will tell. Does the restaurant treat all veterans this way? The franchise owner condones this type of behavior and should be ashamed.

Best Burger King ever! The staff is very helpful and easy. The female manager knows us when we walk in. We always order no salt fries. We eat here every couple of months. I’ve never seen it dirty. We are waited on promptly and they are always friendly and busy

This Burger King is relatively new and open not too long ago. It’s a really great layout for the drive-through. In addition to the eating area. The food is always good. I bought an Impossible Whopper. Not much more I could say about Burger King other than it is Burger King, and all the burgers are pretty much the same from Burger King to Burger King. The staff was extremely friendly, and I got my food in a relatively quick amount of time.

I have always enjoyed BK food. But after tonight’s order I have to ask, WHERE’S THE BEEF? Junior whopper burgers covered the bun in the past. Tonight, I felt like my order came from McDonalds.

Was told in drive thru to wait a moment. Waited 15 minutes at drive thru speaker box. Three other cars in line left. I would have left ,but I had already paid via mobile order.
Chicken nuggets looked and tasted like they had been in the fryer since Kid Vid of the 1990s Burger King Kids Club had made them.
