They were extremely slow. I had a mobile order for a drive through pick up. The line just was barely moving. After sitting in drive through line for 20 minutes and still not even close to getting to the order board, I finally had enough room to get out and park, hoping to go inside and get my food quickly.
I stood inside for another 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. There’s no one at the register. You have to put your order in at the kiosk. But I already put the order in through the app! I just needed to let them know I was there, so they’d start making my order. But they just ignored me, avoiding eye contact, and went about their tasks with no haste whatsoever, as if they didn’t have 10 cars in the drive through and as many people inside waiting for their orders.
After they finally looked at me and let me tell them what I was there for, it was another 10 minutes before they gave me my food. Without the drink.
If I didn’t already pay for the large order, I would never have waited for an hour to get “fast food.”

We dined in and received lukewarm french fries. I complained to the staff. Unfortunately, the manager and employees disagreed with my concern. They replaced my french fries while grumbling in the background. Stating no way the french fries could be cold. I told the manager if he didn’t believe me.Try one of the french fries. The mozzarella sticks appeared that they were sitting around for a while because they were very dense and not melted in the middle. Fast food prices are getting too expensive to not receive a quality items. The attitude of the staff alone is enough to make me never want to come back to this place again. Plus the food quality is even below lackluster.

This is the second time I’ve eaten here. Both times the service was terrible, the employees were rude and the food was absolutely DISGUSTING. (See attached picture of the so called honey mustard chicken wrap). 3 friends and I ordered food, half of it was missing, the items they did include were mostly wrong, the food was cold and not edible. They should be ashamed to run a business like this, and I will never eat Burger King again in my life. Stay away from this location at all costs. (Oh, and they turn their lights off at night so people think they’re closed) The general manager should fire everyone and rethink how they run their business.

Recently remodeled, very nice inside , managers always out helping anytime I’ve ate here .. me and my son had lunch under a big sesame seed bun lol just wish they had the crayons and coloring papers ☺️

The staff is very friendly & gave service with a smile! (which is always greatly appreciated!) The building is clean inside and out, and so is the bathroom. The condiment station and drink stations were clean & were also well stocked! It was an enjoyable lunch, everything was hot and very fresh! They even warned us that the fries and mozzarella sticks had just come out of the fryer and to please be careful because they’ll be extremely hot! I’d highly recommend this place and we will be back again! Enjoy! 😉

I stop at this location at least a few times a month and lately it’s been getting real bad. Don’t get me wrong, the food is great but the workers keep screwing up my orders. This time was the worst as I ordered a large combo meal and the guy at the window said you got the medium right? And I said no, it’s a large. So he went back and changed the drink and fries to a large. Then when I left the window I realized they forgot the chicken sandwich so I had to go in and retrieve that. Then on top of that when I got home, I opened my whopper, it was just a plain whopper. No lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles or sauce… I was livid. This has been a recurring issue now at least the last 5 times at this location and it has gotten progressively worse.

One, if you’re going to Burger King, unless you’re really strapped for time you’ll probably pay the same amount for a decent meal in a nicer sit down place. Two, I was so excited to try the fried pickle ranch whopper… it doesn’t actually come with fried pickles, just regular pickles. WILDLY disappointing as the rest of the toppings really needed that to bring them together. Without, just a plain, messy whopper that costs more for no reason. Otherwise, service was reasonable and the restaurant was passably clean.
