First and foremost I sat in line for almost a half hour before my order was taken an another 20 min until I got my food. The young man who took my order was doing the best he could on his first shift of the job without any management or trainer any where around, so I’m not surprised that my food was complete trash. My Ultimate steakhouse whopper meal I paid $12.99 for missing mushrooms, and 0 sauce. Won’t do that again. I want my $ back. .

This was the most AMAZING DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER! My food was DELIVERED in about 20 MINUTES. The food was STILL WARM and FRIES were NOT SOGGY! THE FOOD WAS ACTUALLY AS SHOWN IN ADVERTISEMENTS!!!! Ordered an 8 Piece CHICKEN FRY today. Waited 23 minutes for a 7 piece chicken nugget. I don’t go to burger king often because of how unpredictable this location is and the one day I give it a go again, I’m met with this utter disgrace. Ordered a fish sandwich combo inside the store. They put the wrong sandwiches in the wrong bag so there was confusion from that, and yes I’m sure the bag I had was mine since I ordered an additional item. The wait time is pretty ridiculous considering there was only one person in front of us, it seems they over-prioritize drive thru service. The piece of fish was laughably thin and it was ridiculously overcooked. They only filled the fry container about half full, fortunately the fries that I did get were good. I impulse bought the cheesy tots; they were luke warm, dried out, completely tasteless. No ice in the drink machine, told staff and they said they didn’t have any but I could clearly hear them fill the drive thru ice bin with ice so it would seem he didn’t want to be bothered to get me ice. Additionally, one of the drink dispensers had the wrong label on the front for what was in it. The children’s play place inside was closed. The table we sat at was dirty and sticky.

I dont like posting bad reviews but its bad. One time i went and dined in and ansked for ketchp and was denied because they ” ran out ” . Ok lesson learned. After that i have only ordered on the drive-thru and it was not better! Took forever and beside that they had everything wrong. I had been in the line so long that i didn’t evem say so long because of so much time wasted and its not a single occurrence it had happened every single time. They should just go ahead and close this place down. Taking 20 mins to make it to the payment window for just a cheeseburger is ridiculous. Seems like they don’t know how to manage time or how to do anything here but goof around and have a good fun time but not worry about taking care of the customers. Never again this is my 3rd try here and you might as well give up if you need something fast and reliable here. And by the way 2 cars were in front of me, and a good 10 mins between each order is what I would say it took them to even take a simple order and take the next persons order at the dang speaker. It gets slower and slower each visit. Absolutely never again.

I went about 6pm, not very busy really, 1 person ahead of me waiting inside store. Drive through was not busy either. I ordered 3 different burgers to go and all 3 burgers were made wrong. Just amazing that they couldn’t get even 1 of them correct. It’s my fault i guess for not checking them but they were not special order, just off the menu so i thought they could handle it. I thought wrong apparently.

When we arrived, we didn’t understand anything that was being said over the speaker and when they did come back on, we were asked to pull up to window two and that was before we ordered anything. We waited in line and at the window for our order for at least 2p minutes, maybe more. It was a time consuming and very inconvenient trip to Burger King. I will not visit that location again anytime soon.
