Had what was probably the best whopper I’ve ever had. I only eat fast food a few times a year. Had a 4 1/2 drive and stopped for a quick bite. Michael at the counter was very enthusiastic about his job which was nice to see.

The speaker box is going and the menu board was broken. Granted its definitely not the employees fault, but you can tell they’re sick of dealing with the broken equipment. Had to speak several times into the box cause they couldn’t hear us, when we got to the window, the drive thru attendant had an attitude. Didn’t greet us, and slammed the door in our face. Burger King needs to step it up and do better and replace their equipment instead of stressing employees and customers out.

20 minutes for a burger and chicken fries with one person ahead of me. Speaker was broken. I was asked what sauce I wanted, asked for honey mustard. Was given packs of mustard. Seriously? Is this place that bad?

Well… it’s fast food. The worker literally stood there without saying hi or anything or what can I get ya? Just really rude. Also… there was a huge knife next to the soda machine. Thank God there wasn’t any kids in the restaurant.

Ordered meal Whopper impossible with onion rings cook to order, then ordered 3 for 7.00 asked for fries to be cooked to order received received the onion rings and the fries cold s to be recooked they took them in the back did absolutely nothing waited a few minutes then came out with the onion rings and french fries with the rest of the order cold still so apparently they do not know what cook to order means very very poor service for Burger King on Grand Central Ave

The restaurant forgot about our food for almost half an hour. Not intensive, they completely thought that they had already made the food. Does not have half the food on the menu? When you order the order, they will not tell you this.

Burger King truly exceeded my expectations with a special request! I asked for a Whopper, but instead of the traditional beef patty, I wanted fish. They gladly accommodated my request, and the result was fantastic! The fish was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside, blending beautifully with the classic Whopper toppings. The customization was done with care, and the flavors worked surprisingly well together. The staff was friendly and eager to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It’s great to see a fast-food place so willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommended for their flexibility and delicious food!

Food is good but the service sucks. All college kids that are inattentive as hell. I come to this place once or twice a month for a basic meal. I place my order to go every time. The last 5-6 times I’ve been here I either get half of the order that I placed or I end up getting something completely different from what I ordered. I always get their Rodeo King meal and the idiots always try to give me their Rodeo Cheeseburger instead which is the size of a Whopper Jr. I order the meal, sometimes I don’t get it. I pay for it, but I don’t get it. One time I had to argue with the cashier over what I wanted and they insisted that the Rodeo King doesn’t exist when I know it does and I get it every time. Lo and behold I get the sandwich I wanted the next time I went there. I hope that cashier got fired. I constantly have tell the workers OVER AND OVER AGAIN that I want the meal in medium size and they either throw the fries in the bag with no care and they just give me a SMALL drink or they ONLY give me the SMALL drink and tell me to have a good day. I’m not the problematic type but this type of service is garbage. Your workers suck. Get a manager that actually knows how to manage the employees. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. The cashiers can’t even follow simple instructions and the manager doesn’t know how to manage their workers at all. Terrible store. Terrible service
