Ordered a cheeseburger kids meal with only ketchup and they gave me a hamburger with ketchup, no biggie I took it back up and asked for cheese to be put on it like I ordered. The lady in the front asked the cooks to put cheese on it and the cook (also a lady) threw a piece of cheese at the front lady. So unprofessional and gross. It was a simple task that I literally could’ve completed myself if it was that much of a big deal.

On lunch break went to Burger King placed my order got to the window put my mask on and paid for my food. As the associate passed me my drink she coughed hysterically with a 20 mins break to get back down the road I had to go into the restaurant, ask to speck with a manger and explained if there employee is going to be dealing with food and coughing like that mask or not she needs to be home. It’s Unsanitary with everything that is going on and this is why I usually go into restaurants or fast food places to make my order. I no longer wanted the order I had and requested a new order

So i spend $16.31 for two whopper Jrs. Add bacon and cheese. My husband gets 2 original chicken sandwiches and a chicken fries. # 1 NO CHEESE! COLD, A TINY PIECE of lettuce, one sliver of tomato and onion, one PC of bacon. On both burgers. #2 I’ve worked in food service all my life and u have burnt oil. U wanna taste burnt oil on ur fries or anything fried? Yup someone will b pooping thier brains out in 1/2 hr. Taste ur fries in fresh oil then burnt. Its Gross! U use the fryers 16 hrs a day??? Oil breaks down quick. I’m personal wont b back. Yup complain about a $17. Order y the heck not. I couldn’t post unless I picked a star

Some of the upper management are so rude for no reason to both the employees and the customers. To test it i was extra polite this morning and the manager was very cold and rude when I came through the drive thru. I had to come right back inside to pick up another order and it was tossed at me and my thank u have a good day was met with rude gd I can not wait until lunch comments. It’s a family restaurant and as upper management if u can’t check you’re attitude at the door how can you expect the younger employees to? You are shaping the leaders and the example that you want them to follow. And other employees are bersted and put down in front of customers. Horrible do better.

As long as you order off the menu with no modifications you’re good. No tomato? Not gonna happen. Extra bacon, you’re gonna pay for it, but you won’t get it. I asked for the mushroom swiss topper on a bacon king, just about shut the store down with confusion. Canceled the order and went to Taco Bell.
