Shoutout to Dylan at the Salamanca Burger King for delivering the best customer service known to mankind (or at least fast food history). From the moment I pulled up, Dylan was friendly, upbeat, patient, and genuinely acted like he wanted to be there—which in fast food is basically a unicorn sighting.
He was polite, efficient, and somehow managed to make a Burger King run feel like a VIP experience. If customer service had a training manual, Dylan is the manual. Honestly, other businesses could take notes, screenshots, and full-blown seminars from this guy.
Burger King—protect Dylan at all costs. Give him a raise, a crown, and maybe his own commercial. People everywhere could learn a thing or two from him.

Huge shoutout to Chris and Jamie at Burger King! They were absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and genuinely made our visit so enjoyable. Chris went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed (even grabbed us crowns when we asked!) and both he and Jamie were upbeat and kind the entire time. You can tell they both care about giving great service and creating a fun experience. We left smiling — thanks for going above and beyond!

We dined in, fish sandwich cold, frozen coke out, Jr. Whopper served incorrectly, was remade, fresh and it was cold. French fries and onion rings were cold. Location was not busy. Tables were dirty. I think the only reason this place survives is because of the drive-thru aspect.

Kind staff, won’t fault them for that but food was subpar. Everything was cold, definitely had been sitting out for a while. The onion rings are shriveled up and some of the chicken fries are much smaller than normal. Additionally, there are too few onion rings to be a large… it’s a rip off.
Had a craving and I am bummed that the food wasn’t fresh.

Wonderful service. We used the kiosk and it was easy to use. The options were to pay immediately or to pay at the counter which was wonderful. They were super super busy but he team seemed to be on point and really getting things done in a nice friendly orderly fashion. It was great to see the manager not stressed out and the entire team seemed to flow during the busy hour of lunch. Very wonderful way to have teamwork kudos very much. The dining area was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our meal very much.

Spent 15 minutes in the “fast food” place waiting for two burgers while listening to employees talking about getting blackout drunk and asking each other if they want to take a break and get stoned. Young guy with the scraggly beard and man bun in the front took 2 minutes to acknowledge me waiting to place an order and then stood around doing nothing but chatting.

I had a take out order, minor complaint, was , I ordered a fish sandwich, the pickles were fine, but the tartar sauce was just a dab, and only a few pieces of lettuce. Disappointed.

On vacation and I must say, Chris was the real MVP!!! We asked for crowns we needed 5 Chris gave us a 6!!! 10 out of the 10 chefs kiss. All around this was hands-down the best Burger King experience I’ve ever had!!!!!

We used to love stopping at the Salamanca BK after sport practices, but lately it has been terrible 20+ minute waits in the drive thru. We have been trying to get the cotton candy icee since it came out but the machine is always broken or down for cleaning when we stop. Olean locations are much better if you’re in the mood for BK.
