There is an acronym used in all sorts of computer software: WYSIWYG. It stands for What You See Is What You Get. In fast food, not just BK, the opposite is true. The photos and video shot of Whopper’s and Big Mac’s and Burrito Supreme’s look like some kind of amazing creation by a French trained Michelin Chef. And for $4, when you unwrap one of these signature dishes at one of their beautiful dining rooms, they look… like they cost $4.
So? Why do we all keep buying this stuff??
It’s delicious! Of course it’s delicious! Just because it doesn’t look like an oil painting, doesn’t make a Whopper any less than what makes having taste buds any use at all!!

There was no one working the front counter for ordering food… only to hand out orders when the food *finally* came out. Only one of the two kiosk ordering machines was operable, and it could not print the order receipts. Then it took 20 minutes to get our food and the Whopper I ordered with cheese and without onions came WITHOUT cheese and WITH onions… and the food was barely warm, not hot. Extremely disappointed in our experience and will not revisit there.

Omg now they say orders are being taken on the kiosk only, but if you have cash they can use the register. Then they got this lady at the register just standing there telling people they have to use the self serve kiosk. Management if you are reading this you need to hire or put on schedule at least 1 more employee so these shenanigans dont have to happen. Literally every single person that wanted to eat from BK was annoyed by this “new” system.

A+++ the friendly blonde lady greeted me wellcoming me to Burger King. Went above and beyond with her knowledge since it’s been a while since I’ve been to the king.
I told her I wanted something light she quickly suggested the small cheeseburger or chicken sandwich. I chose the sandwich since I had chicken yesterday and she did a great job of upselling with suggesting a side.
I told her initially no but I couldn’t resist the onion rings. They were nice and crispy, hot and perfectly seasoned. She also asked me if I wanted zesty sauce wheat perfect on my burger and I had an extra one to take home
The other lady (brunette)that served my food was equally efficient and friendly! food
. i love the extra wide red straw she gave me with my drink too! What a great idea. Love the old skool logo. Long live the GRM King!

The worst place in the mall. Absolutely ridiculous. Cashier sat on FaceTime while trying to take my order. Just chatting away with a friend. Beforehand let me sit at the counter for over 8 mins to wait to order !!! My kid was screaming for fries otherwise I would have left. NOT worth ever going here. Disgusting
