I’m done with BK altogether!!! They can’t get your food right, prices are so high it’s disgusting, The employees are degenerate and look like they rolled out of bed from the day before. This is an absolute waste of time and money. This location is deplorable and will not fix the known issues.

I just ordered the brisket burger. I again received the wrong food. This is a standard whooper at a national marketing price. I asked for an extra pickle and no tomatoes. As you can see I got standard pickles, no crispy onions, and double tomatoes. Absolutely can say this location is now on my trash list.
This location used to be great. I ordered 2 Whoppers today that were horrible. The roll on my sandwich was stale, lettuce was wilted, and the beef patty looked about 30% thinner than normal. The plus side is often the workers. More often than not, they are kind and helpful. Corporations need to fix the product and pay the help more.

Always had great service here. The food is good and the staff are always working hard. Always like coming here. This location is my favorite Burger King Location.

I went to the Burger King at the Dewey and latta location in Rochester NY. I ordered a brisket whopper i returned it because I ordered a brisket whopper thinking I received the wrong sandwich. The lady told me the brisket was under the cheese I saw very little . What a joke . If you are not going to make it like it is on TV stop making it.

The new manager at this location has been great until today. I just placed an order for 3 double cheese burgers no bun and I didn’t hear which window they told me to drive up to so I drove up to the first window and no one was there. So I drove up to the next window. The manager comes to the window with an argumentative tone telling me that I need to back up to the other window because I was told to go to the first window. I told her there was no one there, she implied that I lied and said yes there was.
After I placed my order, I drove up to the first window, stopped looked in, no one was there so I drove up to the next window. She then said, well she is there now. Ok… so I have to back up now because your employee wasn’t where they should have been as opposed to you taking my card and walking back there to process my order. I started to back up and then realized that I shouldn’t reward a bad attitude and poor customer service so I left.
I used to come to this place every day and spend $14. Lets see what that works out to shall we? 14 * 30 = $420. This is how much you are going to lose a month now because you decided to be lazy and have an attitude. This place is rarely busy… I don’t know why they would want to disrespect customers when it appears they probably barely make enough to stay in business. I am reasonably certain the traffic here is so low because of the poor customer service. The owner of this location should take notice and clean house.

Don’t even bother going here from like 12:00 to 4:00 because the workers are incompetently slow. I thought this was fast food and I’ve been waiting in the line for over 10 minutes to the point where I asked for my money back so I could go cuz I needed to go as fast as I could before I was late for work. I don’t think it should ever take longer than 10 minutes to get through a drive-thru

Are you EVER going to unlock the back entrance door? It’s been locked ALL winter. Seeing as how most of your parking is in the back of store, it only makes sense for customers to be able to enter through this door as opposed to walking to front of store.
