The food is GARBAGE… The inability to measure, rationalize ingredients is ridiculous. Ordered no ice, got ice, coke tastes like Dr pepper. Why were my Halfsies drenched with SALT?!? I’m not experiencing bad health, my taste buds are working just fine. You can see the salt atop the rings and fries. Order was cold, under a PRIORITY delivery, and a healthy tip. PLEASE PLEASE STOP THEM WITH THAT SALT SHAKER! DISGUSTING

Ordered $32 worth in food here for dinner tonight only for them not to give me my whole order and the kid behind the counter when trying to rectify the situation because again, I PAID FOR IT not only did I end up with someone else’s food we came back with the receipt even does this kid accuse us of LYING!? Why would I come back if I had the food I ordered AND PAID FOR, for my family!!!? Train your rude deplorable staff better. You lost a customer I won’t even dash here after this. Do better corporate. Wasnt busy waited in drive thru for 20 min with only 2 cars in front of me. But waited cause my son wanted a sonic toy. Just to get home and see him disappointed cause they never put a toy in his bag. This isn’t the first time we’ve had missing items from an order. Very very bad experience at Burger King tonight, my worst ever in my entire life of enjoying fast food.
Scammed on both large fries, burnt patties, onion rings look like left overs of tiny parts, whopper drenched in mayo, they forgot a fry too.

coffee was eh.
there was floaty stuff on top….. and i could feel it on my tongue .after i took the stuff off my tongue, it looked like tiny pieces of white slime balls.. i didnt like that.
i guess they don’t clean the coffee things or wtv the freak often cause why would coffee have that in it
But the girls who took my order was decent. ❤️ just clean your equipment more 🙂

I ordered the Chaking chicken sandwich and needless to say I was truly disappointed! 1. They didn’t make a deluxe 2. When I took a bite the chicken was like rubber and gummy absolutely disgusting, I would’ve Gone back but due to being on the clock and needing to stay in schedule I could not . IWILL NVR GO BACK and to think I also donated to this POS establishment

The absolute worst experience in fast food I have had to date. After spending way too much on the food, once I received my chicken fries and onion rings the chicken fries were COLD AND SOGGY absolutely disgusting and unappetizing. The onion rings were warm but soggy and flimsy as well. When I asked an employee about it and why I was served such poor quality food they told me they will see what they could do about it them proceeded to ignore me and continue serving others.

Spend $40.00 on 2 double whopper with cheese meals just to get them home and have no cheese and the burgers are over cooked.We have given this location more chances than they deserve to get it right and they continue to be bad.No more chances.This location is 2 minutes from my house, but we will be going to the Long Pond/Ridgeway location from now on.

Ordered through the Burger King app and went right to the first window. Literally waited there for two minutes while this girl was at the register like I literally wasn’t even at the drive thru window.
It took another employee to walk over to the drive thru window to help me. Also, right before I came to the window somebody dropped off an ice cream cone to the same girl that was ignoring me. I guess she was on her lunch break or something.

Went here today 07/20/25 and 3pm. The manager on duty was so unprofessional and disrespectful. She was throwing food at customers and the young girl on front counter was shaking because she was so scared. Watched the manager go to the back and punch boxes because she was mad. Waited 45 mins for a fry and mozzarella sticks while the drive threw went car after car
