I frequent this Burger King and let me tell y’all… this review ain’t no joke. Every time I go to this Burger King the employees… not friendly! Not helpful! Rude! Forgetful as well. Last night me and my friends whip up to the Burger King expecting to order on the kiosk real quick so that we can pay separate. No biggie! Well we’re walking into the store and while we’re like 10 feet away from the door an employee spots us and comes out and locks the door. Now MIND YOU- there were customers still in the dining room eating, now seemingly locked in! Very rude. We had no choice but to go through the drive through. We love Burger King. Then we get our food, go home- messiest burger I’ve ever eaten. Soggy! All of our fries- cold and salty enough to give you a heart attack. I ain’t messing around right now- no joke! The food was suspiciously bad. Did we still eat it? Yes. But that’s not the point. Every. Single. Time. I come to this Burger King it’s always an array of things that go wrong. Slow service every time. Wrong orders. Food made weird. I don’t recommend!

We used the mobile app to order for dine in. I loaded a BK gift card to the order and since it didn’t have enough on it to cover the whole bill they charged me over the amount need to add money to the card instead of just charging a different card the exact amount needed.
The food was ready very quickly and all the meals were done correctly, even though some sandwiches had things added and others had things removed. The whopper jr I ordered was awful though, worst one I’ve ever had. The 3 kids meals were good though. The cotton candy frozen drink was a nice treat and super good.
Restaurant was clean.

They can’t even follow a simple order… we had a mobile order n with order there were 8 piece tots n they just assumed we wanted burned nuggets.. there excuses aren’t good enough anymore for me. If I pay for it shouldn’t I get wut I ordered not wut u assume I wanted…

My daughter and my fiancee stopped here today on my daughter’s work break and ordered food. All that was ordered was a double whopper with cheese No ketchup and lg fry. They waited in drive thru close to 15 mins and only 2 cars in front of them. My daughter pulled out of drive thru and my fiancee went inside to see what was taking so long and waited even longer finally got the food and then was given a whopper with cheese No ketchup and the lg fry but was charged for a double whopper. First time ordering there for ourselves in almost a year finally go back this is what happens. My daughter was not happy that she spent her whole work break waiting for food that wasn’t even hers

Told them no tomatoe and onion on the one jr whopper that we had ordered it came with this little tomatoe on it.. and on the other whopper that was supposed to have no onion just tomatoe on it there was no tomatoe just onion. Disappointed is an understatement

8:30 at night.. one car in front of me. Waited 20 minutes to even get to the window and then another 5 for my food, with a screaming baby in the car because I hadn’t eaten all day and I thought this would be a fast option. I ordered 2 items. Both buns were not toasted and the meat tasted old. Tell me why I waited almost a half hour for cold, hard burgers on sandwich bread? This is supposed to be FAST food. I worked here for almost 3 years so I know they clean the toasters and the grill every night, and I would understand waiting for that if the food was fresh and actually made properly. The girl with the undershave and glasses (supervisor?) was wearing PAJAMAS, and she was so rude. If I didn’t have a screaming baby I would’ve been that person to turn around and come inside because that actually really sucked.

I enjoy stopping here when I want burger. They are quick, friendly and the place is always clean. It’s now the only fast food place i stop. They’re very friendly. Very accurate and quick.

This place is soooo bad. Don’t waste your time and money. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for them to not give me one of the burgers and the bacon cheeseburger was literally missing bacon. Went back in to get it fixed and one of the employees sat there laughing all disrespectfully and smiling at me. Please just save your time and go to McDonald’s

Wasn’t happy at all. My chicken sandwich wasn’t cooked properly. It was chewy and I couldn’t finish it. My onion rings were almost cold. But the cashier at window was great! My husband’s fries were piping hot so I kept sneaking some of his. Not a good day for BK.
