Management/Corporate needs to either rethink their policies or ensure they are adequately staffed to handle it. If both windows are in operation for the drive-thru, there needs to be a worker at each window. Assigning one worker to work both windows causes needless delays. Having to wait for the worker to finish bagging and giving food to the person in the first window before the worker walks to the second window to process your transaction and then needing to walk back to the first window to then bag and give you your food is not an enjoyable experience for anyone. Either only use one window or hire more staff.

If i could rate 0 stars i would. got a $5 duo last night with some mozzarella sticks, asked for it fresh off the fryer bc i don’t like rubbery chicken fries. (I could hear them all compiling and bitching bc i want it fresh). All the mozzarella sticks were exploding and over cooked and tampered with. they were ALL CUT IN HALF. Chicken fries were like rubber. Now i am at the hospital bc my throat/mouth/and tonsils are in so much pain. IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO PUT FOOD IN A FRYER YOU SHOULDN’T BE WORKING FAST FOOD

Went through the Drive Thru the gentleman was very polite however I get up to pay still very polite but then as I get up to the pick up window the girl very snotty not a pleasant view of her neck mark an then I discovered hmmm now wonder why she was snotty she had ear bud in her ear I must have disturbed her conversation an was In a hurry to shut the window didn’t get to ask for any ketchup I stopped coming here cause the last window person always was rude but thankfully I’ve not had to see her in a few weeks an the other female Saturday took my order she tells me pull forward to the 1 st window an wait someone will be back there to cash me out to wait ???? And now I politely say how’s your day she proceeds to say oh I’m not feeling well an my boss makes me work ? What kind of people work here ??? All I’m saying is this establishment should get some different people working there

This location continously messes up my order. I wait a few months and place another order to be disappointed yet again. The last order I placed was almost $100 for multiple people and every single burger was incorrect. There were condiments missing and a drink was missing as well. Save yourself the aggravation and dont even bother. One time a burger I ordered didn’t even have meat on it just the toppings!!!! And I dont know if they dont have cheese but whenever I ask for cheese they magically forget. It’s not worth my aggravation, time, or money to just be disappointed.

Received an original chicken sandwich that was not fully cooked and cold. Called restaurant and nobody answered. I threw it away and informed them by email of the issue. Be weary when ordering here. The inside of the restaraunt is usually a mess. No response.

Sandwiches were dried out, old, and barely warm. Hash browns were soggy and overly greasy, and also kind of cold. Won’t return.
