I literally capped and waited well over 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone not once but five times before hitting 2 to act as if I am checking on a application. For someone from their corporate office named Stacy to say that a authorized manager have to be there to process the refund. I stopped there because my blood sugar was low and thought a quick burger and small drink and cookies would bring up my blood sugar but also keep it stable until I got home. While driving I saw that the cookies where HARD but warmed they look OLD. So I did all that just to get old cookies the cheeseburger was okay, it was hot and freshly made, maw, you could have offered something else if you knew the cookies wasn’t fresh. MEDICAL EMERGENCY DISASTER

terrible!! went here and got food with wilted, rotting lettuce on the burgers. the employees were ignoring the poor manager—one employee was making burgers while simultaneously texting on her phone. great multitasking!! no napkins given with order, zero napkins in the dispenser. just because your restaurant is filthy does not mean that i want to be. no ketchup dispenser in dining area. was told “we don’t have one because people just make a mess of it. “ maybe you should not be in the restaurant business if you cannot manage it properly. like many businesses now, this one also did not give out a receipt, so that they cannot be held accountable via the review process. no need to worry, i will never be back.

The staff were phenomenal and amazing but those poor souls are working in freezing cold conditions, I should call the health code on you all for having them work like this. GET THEM SOME HEAT, THIS IS INSANE, ITS -2 DEGREES OUT. You dont deserve a staff as great as them and they still came to work for yall, you should be ashamed of yourselves for doing this to them

Went through the drive was told wait they where busy
Places an.order just for French fries
Got the windows and the young handed me a machine to tape my card. Yet she kept the machine inside the windows
Had to get out of my truck to ” tap” it
Once the fries came she held.them inside so again I had to leave my truck to get them, all the while she was laughing and joking with co workers as if I was a joke

Food was delicious and I am very picky.. crew was very friendly.. Only bad thing i have to say is it is freezing in there, those workers deserve to have some heat..

Horrible service, had to repeat myself multiple times at the drive thru, didn’t get a receipt after I paid and half my meal was missing. They also rang it up wrong, ended up paying 2 dollars more than it should have been…. Was greeted with “thank you for choosing the king instead of the clown” but they were the clowns with how awful the service was and how wrong my order was.

Ordered a mobile pickup through the BK app 10 min prior to arriving to the store and when I arrived the order was not ready and the staff didn’t bother to ask if I was waiting on anything. I understand the store being busy around lunch time, however the point of a mobile pickup is to be able to walk in, grab your order, and leave. Not wait there for about 10 min with no help. This has happened to me before at this same location. If your looking for a quick bite for your lunch, I would stay away from this location at all costs.

Whoever was working this morning should be fired the whole crew! Waited in drive through for a bit for my order to be taken by a cook. Then he went to the front desk took another order then disappeared to the back. Then a troll came to the window full a doodles sketches over her body and was confused on what was going on. Just to be given food by the cook that was trash and like always they just throw the food in the bag. Not a good experience.
