I took my daughter to lunch the cashier Crystal was very kind and helpful it was very nice. It was lunch so it was busy but I got my food fast and with great service Thank You Binghamton Burger King for the great experience. I see alot of improvements in this store in the last couple months.

We were traveling through Binghamton and stopped here for late lunch. I went in to use the women’s restroom and it wasn’t terrible, but one of the stalls has no door. So if the other stall is occupied when you walk in, you’re out of luck or have to go to the bathroom out in the open. About our food…my husband ordered a Whopper Jr. meal for me without mayo. We received regular Whopper meal, with cheese AND mayo. Clearly not the correct sandwich. Not only that, it was completely cold. Not hot, not even a little warm, but COLD. Also, my husband ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for himself and he intended to eat it while driving so we could keep moving. The sandwich had so much sauce on it that the wrapper was completely covered in sauce, and eating it was very messy. We were disappointed in this trip to this location.

Had to pick up a grocery order this morning, Stopped on the way at BK to grab a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Ordered in the app, paying with my card and using my points as well. Got the confirmation. get there, they don’t find the order. Had their confirmation all on my phone with order #, date, time, what ordered, what time ready, and how paid. Wouldn’t give me my sandwich and hash brown cuz of some failure in their system. Left empty handed and empty stomached and with wasted time. Poor business management. At the end of breakfast and end of the day anything left gets heaved. They couldn’t stand by their own system’s failure to keep a customer satisfied. At the end of the service, quite possibly that much or more will be heaved in the garbage. Used to be a regular.

the past 3 times ive ordered from this burger king location they havent gotten my order right once and its never anything even remotely close to what i ordered, how is it when i order a single cheese burger and nothing else i end up with a rodeo burger??even when they arent busy, ill be the only one in the drive through and orders still wrong, the food is always cold. they always make you wait forever too, and still get the order wrong it’s seriously not that hard to do this job, do a better job at hiring people or training them at least they arent even trying they could care less. absolutely disgusting.

I come here once in a great while and every time it’s a great experience! The service is just OK, but usually the employees are nice. The food always comes out, very hot and the orders have always come out, correct!! They also sent me coupons in the mail and they’re very good. I will always come back here when I don’t know what to do for dinner lol. but today we had just stopped to get a drink and a breakfast meal for us to share and it was delicious as normal!! it was about $8 whice is a great price

Burger King as a food chain is great. They have good deals, fries and food overall.
This specific location unfortunately just always fails to meet that expectation. They are slower than the rest. They mess up your order more often than not, sometimes upcharging you when you told them you didn’t want said item.
It’s a shame because some of their food is so good, but this location is putting a bad mark on Burger King’s name and it’s quite frankly, unacceptable.

Can’t get an order right. Always something wrong with our order when we go to this location. Ordered two double rodeo cheeseburgers. Received two single cheeseburgers. Not even rodeo burgers.

It’s Burger King. It is like all the other Burger Kings. We go here because the products are consistent. You know what you’re getting and it’s pretty much the same wherever you go. The facility here is clean and the bathrooms are clean. There is plenty of parking. There are lots of Burger King crowns for the kids. Serve yourself soda.
