Placed an order through uber eats. The royal four. 3 whoppers, 1 chicken nuggets, 3 fries and 1 onion rings, 2 cokes, 1 ice tea, and 1 frozen coke. Instead we got 3 diet cokes, 1 cherry coke, 3 fries. No onion rings.

Came through drive through no hamburgers only fried food so I ordered a #9 plain add cheese told them have an allergy to mayo and I get to the window they all me to pull to the front to wait on fries well word a few minutes then I see 3 workers come out none of them have my food with them instead they’re sitting there smoking on a vape pen which I get weed is legal but shouldn’t be smoked during work hours and especially in the food industry but that is what it is the one worker comes up to me ask me am I waiting for anything and I said yeah my order from drive-thru and they go well what was your order so I had to tell them and they go oh let me go check they came back out with my food 2 minutes later and said be careful the french fries are hot they just came out which they were they were cold so when I got home and we got our food out of the bag the order was wrong there was mayonnaise on the sandwich that I told him that there was a food allergy too so I basically wasted $30 tonight for dinner and then I tried calling and nobody answers it just rings and rings and rings..

Everyone that was working was fantastic. When we were there, there was a guy causing a scene, and the management handled him very well. I will definitely be coming back.

The counter person was polite and met me with a smile. The tables were clean. The soda area was cleaned up as soon as I left it. I have the shakes really bad, so getting one lid is impossible. I always have lid explosions. They cleaned up right away. I normally toss the lids myself. However, someone had put a cup in the trash hole and blocked it up while I was getting my drink. The problem was solved immediately. This was the cleanest BK I have ever been in. The floor was not slippery, the food was not, and service with a smile

I’m mostly upset over the fact that I spent 6 plus dollars on a hamburger. The Whopper to be exact and I get a half thrown together. Mess where lettuce is spilling everywhere and tomatoes are bigger than the actual hamburger. I don’t get asked what sauce is I want when I order cheese sticks or chicken nuggets. So spending $20 for this is outrageous and Burger King should seriously look at their employees training and do something different if they want to keep customers.

Digging the Ghost Pepper nuggets
Just tried the Ghost Pepper Whopper. It’s good with just the right level of spice to give a satisfying burn that justifies the name. Nothing crazy here but a good meal.
I ate in. It’s very clean. Only one other person eating in so not much of an atmosphere. Staff appear dedicated – I would recommend you get take out here.
