Drive thru is backed up waited 5 minutes so I went inside. There was noone inside. I waited 15 minutes and Noone even acknowledged me standing there. When I said something the manger was extremely rude. I said what is the point of having the dining room open if you can’t acknowledge customers that come in. I ended up walking out along with the 6 people behind me.

2/2/26 615 pm. Ordered on app. Long line that did not move. After 13 min of waiting my wife got out of the car an went inside. No line inside. She stood at counter while workers puttering around. They eventually handed her a bag of food sitting on the counter. I was stuck at the drive thru. You can not get out. Trapped. The was cold and ate it in the drive thru line. Big mistake after grocery shopping. Fries cold and yucky. Jr . Whopper would have been good fresh.

Edit: went back and bathrooms and store was much cleaner. Only dealt with the same pleasant young lady from before. Better experience.
Let’s start with one of the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever been in. That alone is saying a lot. I will say that the young seemingly high school aged lady who took my order was very pleasant. The food was really good. It took a long time, which was fine and expected by me because the chicken deluxe sandwich has to be hand breaded and takes a while to cook. BUT, when I finally went & asked about it after almost 15 minutes I was met with attitude from who I’m guessing was the manager, along with the fact that the rest of the order was sitting in the warmer the entire time. They could’ve handed over the rest of the order so my kid could’ve eaten while I was waiting for mine. Also, when I went up once for napkins (which there were none of in the entire restaurant other than a few behind the counter), & once to buy a drink; the staff ignored me for a while until I finally had to get a little louder. Literally looked right at me then turned around as if I wasn’t there. Place was also super dirty. Soda area was gross. See pics. Definitely not one of their better locations. If I wasn’t obsessed with the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, I would never go again. If I have a choice though, I’ll definitely hold out until I get to a different location.

Drive thru left us waiting 20 minutes….. They weren’t doing anything this store needs to be investigated. They literally don’t care about customer. When 8 get to window, not even a sorry about your wait. Horrible workers….

It was it was really good I mean as far as Burger King goes the only problem was it was very expensive I hadn’t been there in a while and it was $40 plus for two people that is crazy

Burger King and I have been best buds for years lol and probably always will be. Anything on their menu I’ve had at least once and I’ll continue trying anything new they come up with. Dipping fries in my vanilla shake is my favorite dessert.

ordered a regular bacon king meal, got home and it had 3 onion rings it. when we went back through the usual old lady that’s in window that’s sadly a “manager”shoved a burger in our face and refused to listen to that part, as well as refusing a refund and giving attitude, i said i worked in fast food and mistakes like that can’t be cast aside like that and she got pissed at that blaming it being a car behind us when we had been the only car there and the lobby was locked. Most unprofessional interaction possible from a place we normally have no issues at.

This is one of my preferred locations to go. Their service is better and the food has been better than other locations. I like getting burgers, I also prefer BK fries and for breakfast, I really enjoy the egg-normous burrito with all ham.
