Spent $21 dollars on a whopper meal with jalapeno bites, never got the bits. Did not notice it till I got home. Absolute incompetence and poor service. I do not recommend getting food from here unless you want to get robbed.

This restaurant location used to be one of my favorite places. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing.
A blonde-haired staff member behaved very unprofessionally. She needs better customer service training in how to speak to and interact with customers.
I came to the restaurant to pick up an order. She handed me the food without a delivery bag. When I politely asked if I could have a delivery bag, she began yelling and threw the bag in front of me, saying that it did not matter whether the food had a bag or not.
Management should ensure that employees are properly trained to be polite, respectful, and professional when dealing with customers.

I was handed the wrong order of someone else’s single sandwich. I ordered a large meal. For $18 and wasn’t sent the right order back. They said they couldn’t do anything about it. How about pay attention to whose name is on the dam order. I paid $18 and received nothing.

Today 1/1/26 I went thought the drive though around like 2 the food was more than perfect and fresh I got burger chicken fry’s and fry’s all came out perfect I didnt catch the workers names I talked to two people that were there but they were very nice friendly after my meal and that experience I had to write a review

Every Friday I used to go to Burger King and treat myself to an order of French toast sticks and hash browns. When I got to work( which I am a nurse ) I opened the hashbrowns and this is what I found( see images below ). When I called them to tell them that I found a bug in my food, they just kept saying that they don’t have a bug infestation. They didn’t apologize once, as they just keep insisting that they do not have a bug infestation. When I asked the manager if I could send her the images she sent back what do you want to send them to the landline? It was so unprofessional. Just a head up everyone , BURGER KING, HAVE IT YOUR WAY WITH A FRIED BUG!!

This is the second time I have waited almost 30 minutes to get my food. This time was 27 minutes. The staff are very rude and will just keep your money if they don’t have change. The manager said “there are no more pennies I’m not giving you change” and shut the window. I will never go back.
