This is the best Burger King because the franchise owner of this place goes out of his way to make everybody comfortable. If it’s still the same owner that has been here for the last like 15 or 20 years, he definitely goes out of his way for his customers and making sure everything’s right.

Went on new years eve. Ordered the sponge Bob meal .The whopper was cold.They gave me French fries because they didn’t have anymore bacon cheesy tots.They didn’t have the strawberry pie nor did they have the pineapple float so I paid for a meal and all I got was the cold whopper on a stale tasting bun.I will never go there again.If you don’t have the stuff for the meals then don’t advertise .Not to mention the only thing you told us you didn’t have when ordered was the pineapple float,and then get the food and that’s when you tell me you didn’t have the rest,you were out.The lady at the register was very rude and in top of that I had to wait for them to make my soda because she forgot that to,and when I asked for a straw that was like the end of the world.Never again burger king.

Burger King #2073 in Cobleskill, NY Poor service I was walking up to the door after my kids went to use the restroom as I was as well. Dawn locked the door while I was walking up and told me I couldn’t go in to use the restrooms and when I told her my kids were in the restroom she told me they could come out but I couldn’t go in. This was poor service that I had to go out of my way and drive down the road to use the restroom at another establishment even after purchasing food via the drive thru. Onion rings were soggy, the chicken fries were hard and dry, the jalapeño bites were dry as well. Yeah not coming back to establishment again due to poor service. I work as a regional manager dealing with customer service everyday. This was not acceptable service to your customers.

I had one of the best burgers in a long time from a fast food place. The Steakhouse Burger from Burger King (Cobleskill, NY) store was simply the best. The order was $24.57 of many items. The person that brought it to the window wasn’t the order filler, it was someone that was so happy to serve the food,. They seemed like the cook or at least a chef, or the manager making sure all is great. I so hope the very same experience could be replicated the next time ordered. I’m sure it will be great if that kind of service continues. This happened on 4-11-2025 close to 7:00pm.

Ok all fast food places are.going to get 3 stars from me or less. Burger King isn’t Fast so I waited a while for food, The food was uncooked in the center. It was their French toast which is deep fried. Atmosphere is acceptable clean, boring but what would you expect. Lastly fast food isn’t cheap either but what is now a days
