Place was a life saver for me and my family. 7 minutes from Hanks pumpkin picking. We were starving!. Place clean , 3 bathrooms clean sitting areas are clean. There is a drive through not so busy around 4p.

Option to order at the desk or through the screens. English or Spanish at both options. Place is not all the way clean but aceptable. Either the food from BK changed in the past couple of months or this BK in particular does not have good quality. Ordered the chicken sandwich with mayo and then the big king and it just didn’t taste well. The chicken was súper think and tasteless. The patty’s the same and on top of that I paid 80 cents extra for bacon and they game me a tiny single slice.

Girl at register had a horrible attitude towards everyone today even senior citizens. Not for costumer service job. Plus my order if 2 burger meals took 25 minutes at it was 3pm.

I got breakfast there early in the morning about 30 min or so after opening time, they were still preparing everything for the day but got to me in less than 20s. I was satisfied with that 🙂

I made an online order at this location. When I pull up to the drive thru, I was being informed by the lady who was taking order to pull up the window and stop before the black post. Unfortunately, I missed the black post instructions. So, I decided to pull up to the window since I have to make payment for additional drink I ordered. When I arrived at the window, the lady screamed at me for not stopping before the black post. So, I apologized to her that for not listening to her instructions. Then I asked her why do I need to wait there since there’s not any window or “stop here” sign. She said I messed up her timer. I supposed to wait 120s or something before pull up to the window. So I offered her to wait at the parking lot while I am waiting for the food. But she slammed the window at me and left.

When she came back to hand me over the food. I asked her if she is the manager. She said no the guy next to her names Victor is the manager.

So I asked Victor how can he allowed his employee to treat customer like this. He was also at the window when the lady was screaming at me. And how is it my responsibility to make sure their timer is good. If they want customer to stop before the black post, they should put a sign there for customer to follow the instructions.

So the manager didn’t try to correct the employee but told me they ask customer nicely to stop by the black post. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the case for me. So I asked the manager his name and left the place.

This is just unbelievable what a manager is willing to do to make the timer look good instead of proving good customer service.

Anyway, not coming back here anymore. Will go back to another restaurant who prioritizes better customer service than serving fast food regardless it’s cold or missing food.

Very poor customer service, 40 mins before the advertised closing time for the drive through, the employees hide inside and refuse to take orders. There have been multiple incidents of this that I have personally experienced, this is unacceptable if you’re trying to build customer loyalty, either change the closing time or provide the service when customers arrive during advertised hours of service.. very unprofessional.
