So I’m looking on the menu at Burger King and I see the impossible Whoppers for the sandwich alone it says 7.89 so I’m like okay let me get two I’m watching her ring it up and it came out to 17.38 plus tax total of 18.90 so I mentioned to the lady that the price is incorrect it says they are $7.89 each and she says that’s the price that’s in the register she can’t change it. Yes there is something that can be done have someone come in and change the advertised price or change the computer price.
I’ve been coming here for 2 years and purchase the combo and until I purchase the sandwich by itself is when I realized I’ve been overcharged this whole time.

Don’t bother ordering through the mobile app an hour, maybe even a little longer, before the listed closing time, unless you want to waste your gas and deal with the disappointment of your order not being made and then having to go through the hassle of speaking with a robot to get a refund. I ordered through the app last night (12/12) and went to the drive-thru when I arrived. Waited for 5 minutes and no one came to take my order, so I parked and went in to grab it. When I got to the counter, the girl ignored me for a few minutes as she was doing closing tasks and when she finally acknowledged me, she made a face and said “we’re closed.” I told her I ordered through the app and she just shook her head and walked off with the garbage. I proceeded to stand at the counter while I talked with support (a robot of course) via chat. They provided me with a refund, but honestly, that’s not enough. This behavior needs to be corrected or the hours should be changed, if they would prefer to close at 11. I never leave reviews, good or bad, but the disrespect shown tonight deserves a bad review. The store closes at 12:30, I ordered at 11:33. There’s no excuse for closing up an hour early, especially when you know online orders are still able to be placed and people are expecting you to be open. I enjoyed this location as it’s closest to my home and l’ve never had any issues previously, but this has caused me to never want to come back. I’ve worked in fast food, I understand wanting to close up early and go home. But we never closed up earlier than 10 minutes prior to the listed closing time, and even then, we got in trouble for it. Closing over an hour earlier than the time listed is insane. If you don’t want to properly do the job you’re getting paid for, go find another one. Or don’t work closing shifts. Management, do better. I see a review from 8 months ago and another from a year ago with the same experience. This shouldn’t still be happening a year later. But clearly, the owners don’t care either, because I don’t see a single response from them on any of the bad reviews. No acknowledgment, no apology. That says a lot. This location won’t last much longer if they continue to ignore the feedback from customers and do nothing to correct the behavior of their employees. I certainly won’t be coming back.

They didn’t have the capability to take any form of credit card. The ATM charges $4.75 for there service. A single star is the lowest , that can be given. ( Otherwise) no place to sit building is a gas station !! I won’t even get my gas there any longer.

Brand new location. Updated Mobil Gas Station with Bolla Market and Burger King. Better prices than stand alone BKs. Accepts the BK app codes, not all Bollas due. Has smart pumps outside. The gas pumps have to manually filled as there are no automatic holders for the triggers. Great gas prices. Clean bathrooms for both Men and Women. Well staffed and they seem to keep clean.

Employees don’t speak English.. Ordered the overpriced SpongeBob meal and they didn’t give the box it comes in. Tried explaining where’s my box and just got blank stares broken English and the girl walked off. The box is part of what makes it overpriced guess my son doesn’t get the proper meal experience….. Not worth going to…..

If possible, I can give zero hearts. The service attitude of the people in this store is too rude. I often come here to buy things. On 5/31, I came to this store to buy things, and then my car was hit by someone. I wanted the store to check the video for me. I came three times, and the employee said they would find a manager. As a result, on the third day, a person who said he was the store manager came without a name tag and told me to find the general manager. In fact, it was a very simple matter, but they had to make it so complicated and find a lot of excuses. No one ever answered the general manager’s phone. They also asked me to call the company. I had to ask the head of the head office for approval to check a ten-second video. These managers have no sense of responsibility at all. This service attitude can only make people feel disgusted. There is a problem with this management. I hope the company will see this comment and find someone to deal with it. This attitude towards customers will eventually close the store.

Placed a mobile order at 6:45pm. Arrived to the location five minutes later. I was second in line and waited about 10 minutes behind a truck at the window. Got to the window and waited an additional 5 minutes. One of the workers was inside yelling at people and had airbuds in as well. The window opened and the worker did not say a word to me when I said hello to her. She handed me a drink with the soda dripping down all the sides. Then my meal bag was handed to me. I drove and got onto sunrise highway. Took a fry out and they were stone cold. Unwrapped my cheeseburger. The ketchup was so heavily put o it was oozing out all sides of the burger and the buns were covered in it . Alas, there were no napkins in the bag, so I had to lick my hands like an animal while driving down the road. Absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever gone to (this was me giving them another chance after having a long wait time before). Tried to request a refund and Burger King will only give a credit- so I can’t even have my money back as I will NEVER go to this location again. Why spend my money on a place who does not care about customers?

I had to leave a review for this new location because I went to another BK and I was blown away by how much better the food is at this one. The little BK collocated at this gas station makes the best BK burgers I’ve ever had. The staff is polite and fast. The location doesn’t really let you eat in but you don’t need that.

I highly recommend grabbing a quick bite to eat at this place.
