This place is absolutely careless and unprofessional.
I placed three separate orders through Uber Eats — all of them were wrong. They consistently forgot items I paid for — drinks, desserts, and especially the extra patty I was charged for every single time.
Three burgers, three screw-ups. This feels less like a mistake and more like a pattern of scamming customers.
I called to complain — they hung up on me, and then completely stopped answering.
You’re literally stealing from people, and if you can’t handle basic service or show respect, you shouldn’t be in business.

I was there today and everything was good until I saw one of your work come from the sitting are where the tables are and switch the sandwiches and the one he brought back from the sitting area was given to me and when I confronted him and i said you don’t do that, he said to me they didn’t touched but to me that is not ok. Very dissatisfied with that answers, and i said againg you don’t do that, and he said to me thank you for the input. I been going there for year I rethinking of going back, the way he handled it wasn’t the right way. I hope you guys do something about this and it doesn’t happen to someone else.

It makes me wonder if the burger king headquarters knows how the employees of this establishment treat their customers! The managers have no education and manners whatsoever! They speak bad about the customers in Spanish, I do speak Spanish and I could not believe what I heard! A customer gave them a coupon and they called the person a Chupacabra in Spanish! I strongly believe that the issue should be addressed to other venues and make sure NY State consumers affairs and Nassau County are informed! The hamburger is unpleasantly soggy and tasteless! 07/12/23 at 6:20 pm! The male Spanish manager is absolutely disgusting! Please learn how to have some class and improve your broken English! Never again!

I absolutely love Burger King more and more every time I go there. I go most often to my local store (Oside) but I do go to other locations as well. The staff are so friendly and the store manager always sees to it that my experience is an awesome one. I really enjoy getting the new “impossible” whopper!
The fries are also a personal favorite. I always ask them to hold the salt.
It’s easy to see that the company has made great strides in recent years in all aspects of their business. I wish they sold Burger king branded merch there. My life will not be complete untill I own a Burger king T-shirt. I would also love to own a BK tumbler or glass that I could bring with me each time I go there.
