Wow!! This has to be the cleanest BK I’ve ever visited. It’s like it just opened. No dust anywhere, no spilled soda or fries anywhere. The floors are absolutely spotless. I give great credit to this manager. He or she knows how to run his/her ship. The food was super fresh and hot. Service was impeccable. Only critique I would give is this new kiosk ordering system is new to get use to. It’s not what we’re use to so that is unique. I am coming back to only this Bk from now on. Highly recommend.

Nice sized hair right on my sandwich. Anyone working around food should wear a hairnet. This place is a repeat offender of hair in my food. I just have to give up on this BK because I’m always left disappointed by the lack of care they put into their food

Stay away! First if all the man who took our order at the drive thru window was rude, talked too fast and was just downright obnoxious. And he got the order wrong
Secondly, the BB burger was disgusting. 1:20 in the afternoon and it was a left over. Slopped together, BB sauce was barely there. Just all sub par. Best to go to Wendy’s or McDonald’s im Chester.

I love me some good #9 chicken sandwich and the jalapeño cheddar bites from BK!!
The staff is friendly and kind, and they do an amazing job in general but specially with keeping the place clean (including the restrooms) and the outside of the establishment.

I had visited Burger King later last week and I was greeted with so much enthusiasm and it was very refreshing to hear someone excited to take my order and be very polite with helping me with my order. It’s not every time you go to a fast food restaurant and hear a cheery voice!

I was there last Wednesday and I went through drive through and waited for 10 min. I assumed something was wrong with the speaker so I parked and went inside instead. I put my order in through the touch screen and it took 30 additional minutes to get food. I could have sat down and ate at a restaurant in the time it took to get my “fast food” order. Completely unacceptable. I wish I was exaggerating but it took 40 whole min of me being there. Insane!

Just picked up my order. I ordered a large chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and a coffee. I got a medium coffee and don’t know if I got fries or onion rings because it’s a little bit of both! Ridiculous! I don’t have time to go back and change my order but it’s frustrating to pay for something you didn’t ask for. Seems like they changed management. The previous manager was fantastic! Too bad! Won’t buy here anymore

Edit. Do not visit this store. My favorite employee who had worked there faithfully for over 25 years was fired for not accepting a transfer. This is horrible to to do a person. There is no loyalty anymore. Businesses feel as if they can do whatever they want. People are what make the business successful not the owners. I only know this employees first name and we have only had brief interactions at the restaurant. We are not friends. It just disgusts me to see good people treated this way. Please drive a little further in either direction up the highway and chose another restaurant. There are fine choices within 5 miles.

The place is always so nice and pleasant. The food is always hot and fresh and I always have a great time when I’m coming here.
